Millennium Palestine Ramallah

Nice hotel but need to improve some stuff to be considered a 5 star hotel , Ramallah is a vibrant city with a lot to ve discovered

Unfortunatly our experience in this hotel was bad, when we got there, we had to wait for three hours until we checked in. Also People were smoking in the corridors

I would like to commend the Millenium on the hospitality and professionalism of their staff. When I return to Ramallah, I will be sure to stay with my friends at the Millenium.

not a 5 star even not 4 - bad reception , dirty and old room

I stayed there with my wife for a International Conference. The Staff were very attentive. The building is very clean and the room is very confortable. The meals we had in the Hotel were delicious ! As I could notice, the hotel is very well located.

For a FIVE-STAR establishment owned by a global hotel group, this hotel was a disappoin**ent, but with the current situation in the West Bank, I can understand many of the issues, but not all of them and especially not for the price per night! I wish that I had looked at some of the recent reviews! I would have seen a lot of the issues that I experienced only on arrival! Neither restaurant seems to be operating, only breakfast is available and I agree with others, it was not the greatest buffet and was hosted in a room far larger and emptier than it needed to be. There was no room service available either. After a long transfer from Tel Aviv, a club sandwich, fries and a beer would have really hit the spot! ...Hell, a frozen pizza thrown in the oven would have sufficed! The pool is also not open... This is often one of my deciding factors when travelling; it would have been better for its closure to be on the property's listing! The room was clean enough (just), but the state of repair of a "Premium" room (506) was not great, especially in the bathroom... Again, well below what I would expect from a 5-star hotel. I did not have much interaction from the staff; I was travelling most of each day, but there was a young man behind the lobby bar (sorry didn't note your name, but you had glasses) who stood out as taking pride in what he was doing. I left this hotel thinking that Millennium & Copthorne Hotels are not doing enough to meet their standards found elsewhere!
