The customer service from all the staff members were great. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The housekeepers were very thorough with their cleaning which is always appreciated.

Awesome stay. Very nice hotel, perfect outdoor hot tub with a nice sauna and a Starbucks in the restaurant! Everything looks freshly painted and renovated.

We had to leave earlier than breakfast opened up (we prepaid for breakfast). When checking in, manager said they could have our breakfast ready for pickup the next day by 5:30 am since cook was on site by then. In the morning, the gentleman at the desk said they could not make us breakfast even though they had the order in the computer and he went and checked with cook. My thing, don’t offer something you can’t deliver and what has happened to customer service and going above and beyond. I would have understood the night before if they had said no.

The property was between two busy roads so my room was actually vibrating. The property was well maintained and front desk person was gracious, but the walls were thin. I could hear people talking, furniture moving and board creaking all night. I was barely able to drive the next day due to exhaustion

Restaurant had a bar and was really nice. Breakfast and Starbucks were great. Only downfall was the jacuzzi was under construction and unusable

Hotel was nice.Staff was very nice and respectful .This hotel was a last minute move and I’m happy we chose to stay here.

From check in to check out, had a very positive experience at this hotel. Staff at front desk were very accommodating. Had a nice meal with an excellent server (really enjoyed their home made tortilla chips and salsa). Housekeeping staff were attentive. Oh, no hot water issues (as I saw some other guests mention). Hope they get pool open again soon. Would stay here again if in the area.

The staff was so friendly. My daughter had recently been discharged from the hospital and was staying here to be close to her baby who was still admitted to UC Davis. They gave her a lot of assistance as she was having difficulty getting around. Thank you to the awesome staff!
