They never made up my room all week
They should have at very least brought in clean towels and coffee pods

When I checked in the deposit was $200 a night instead of $100 because they upgrade the room- when we walked in the room there was a dead roach and the lights were very dim. They charged my card 3 time for one night! The manager was new and didn’t know what he was doing.

Not clean, the room was dirty. The laundry room floor was full of water and dirty.

There was a lot of homeless people. I was often worried my car would be broken into or scared to walk to my car at night. Room service has to be requested or they won’t come.

The McDonald's in front of the hotels closed at 9pm so maybe get some food before closing the night. 11min Uber to burning barrel brewery

Emma was very kind. This is my 2nd night here. I was put in a different wing of the building and it was, much to my dismay, very noisy. Yesterday, i could not hear traffic or surrounding neighbors, but tonight was very noisy. I had a very hard time falling asleep & I really needed the sleep

no vending machines there snack and water to buy no signs or price first associate said take water free night guy associate chase me to pay for water ? so please its it free or pay i asked the guy no sign and morning crew said take take water free? he say he can not have signs with price? who s business is it just put signs pay for everything at desk so easy other than that i like the place
