The place is new so it’s really clean. Ambiance is great. The room is pretty big, comes with a couch. The location is great, near Victoria Gardens-outdoor mall. And lots of places to dine! The only con: breakfast was not so great! There were a few choices to choose from only. However, overall, a great place to stay! 4/5 for me!

I came here on a trip for my company and I couldn't be anymore happy with the experience. Rooms are super clean and nice. It makes you feel at home. The service is excellent. The host andrea was very helpful and super sweet. The complimentary breakfast is nice and is different every day. 10 out of 10 will be coming back to stay.

My wife and I stayed here for a quick overnight. I try to stay at Marriott properties whenever possible and stay loyal to the brand, but I just don't get this place. The hallways are dark grey and give the claustrophobic appearance of walking through submarine.The bathroom tiles look dirty (yuck).The place just doesn't feel inviting or comforting, unlike most other Marriott's I have stayed at.The most annoying thing about the stay was a lack of attention to detail or just a lack of caring on the managements part. Best example: I woke pearly, and headed down to the lobby to find coffee.In the lobby I find two unlabeled coffee urns (which is which?). I ask the front desk which is which and they don't know. I choose one, fill up my paper cups and ask where the cream or milk is, because it is not in the fridge below the coffee urns ( see photo). I am told there is none, but the front desk is able to locate 2 mini creamers after some rooting around.I make the coffee's and look for lids, and there are none.I ask the front desk for lids and after rooting around, they find 2 that are the wrong size. They say sorry, that's all we got. Off I go to the room with my mystery coffee. This isn't a world-stopping problem, but it is an example of people that just don't pay attention to details, or just plain don't care. It's the little things and special details that make a stay memorable and enjoyable, and this property does not deliver.

Barnesa at the front desk, went out of her way several times! She is a very kind person with a great attitude. The hotel itself is lovely, but Barnesa and the entire staff really made our stay more comfortable. Moving my Mother-in-law was stressful but it was nice to have a place to relax before our air travel.

The hotel is very quiet. There are hamburgers nearby, and there is also a target supermarket that can be reached by walking for more than ten minutes. More food to eat in a few minutes drive, park options The cleaning aunt is very old, and the water in the pool is always cold, so warm water is recommended. I booked a King guest room on the first floor since I saw the good reviews on here. I was really disappointed. Nothing is free here. You pay for $12.00 p/day for parking, no free coffee or continental breakfast, which I knew, but I figured with the per night rate, and all the extra costs, I would be get a good clean comfortable room for my stay. Nope!! High price room for a bathroom that has bad lighting so if you try to put on your make-up good luck, not even a makeup mirror. Yellow'sh bathtub, mold spots on the shower tiles and curtain liner, which a curtain liner is $1.25 at the dollar tree so you would think it would get replaced. Not to mention I also picked up a few hairs from the shower before using it. NO microwave, the TV placement is off if you try watching TV from the bed, and little Kleenex in the box which emptied after a few uses. Overall, not worth it. I could only tolerate 2 nights. for my last night I went to another Hotel really close by which was great!! They have a FREE coffee station near the lobby area, great comfortable clean room, and bathroom with fantastic lighting and a makeup mirror! And a good size Microwave with all the other great amenities. Did I mention a FREE continental breakfast, ALL for a lower room rate. On a good note, the front desk was friendly.

Compared to some other chains in this area, like Ayre's and Homewood, these suites leave a bit to be desired. This is especially true of the queen suites, which are not true 1 bedroom suites but ”studio suites” without a truly separate sleeping area. Also our queen suite only had 1 TV (and unfortunately, lacked even the usual CNN, MSNBC, ESPN channels. However, on the good side, there are above average beds and decent hot breakfast. Also, parking is free (I believe Homewood charges $10 for parking).
