I have tried to cancel reservation at ranikhet club for two days due emergency. Company has not responded. I will stop using it due to this type of poor service

It was so so, rooms were clean but bathroom light was not working properly, i have to switch it on and off, 4-5 times, then it switched on, but staff was very nice and kind, and parantha and tea were very tasty,

Hotel grand is near bus stand Ranikhet..Good Hotel and food is awesome at Good rate. Only advice is that Hotel has to start generator immediately incase of power cut. During my stay, at night there was power cut, but receptionist didn't started generator, and waited approx 30 minutes , then electricity came. Horrible hot I felt in night and children were uncomfortable 🙃.

Hotel was good. Food was a some and service was excellent. Some improvent is requried in ckeaning. Otherwise its perfect place to sray.

In rani khet grand hotel stay good this is average hotel. Not for safety hotel because hotel suppretendent was not give lock and key tv was not proper working and food serving was kafi late

Such a pathetic hotel in terms of cleaning, staff, hospitality. It was worst worst worst hotel at all.
