Great location and easy parking. Check in was efficient with useful advice given. Comfortable room with a great shower. Good choice at breakfast. Slight smell of drains occasionally in the bathroom although we noticed this throughout Rastatt.

Mycket bra rum, kanonservice men kanske lite sparsmakat urval på buffen.Bra frukost och riktigt bra pris, dock lite frikyrkokänsla över hela anläggningen.

Very bad check in experience! Arrive at 4:40pm but one at reception, there is a self check-in, but not possible to find card to encode the key, I called services to help, the guy speaks little English, finally I got a card, but with this card, I have to go inside to take another room card... but it did not work! 2 other couples arrived and same situation!. So we were waiting at the reception for someone to come... after 40 minutes since my arrival, still waiting... So, very bad experience... will not come back here. Really wasting time..

The staff were all friendly and helpful. Luckily they spoke English as we don’t speak German. The room was well proportioned and clean. It was a bonus that we could have our evening meal at the hotel, as we’d been on the road for most of the day and were tired. I would happily recommend this hotel to others and if we were in the area again, would stay at Bildungshaus St Bernard

If you want to go and stay in a hotel that feels like a smelly old Convent/Monastery where the staff are weird and unfriendly then this is the place for you. It is a converted Church but not much conversion has happened. Crosses and pictures of Pope etc. etc. The main building stinks of old foist. Our first room had no windows that you could see out of. We requested a change and second room was better. A vending machine is in foyer but needs change. Cant use notes or use card. No facilities when reception is shut. You’re on your own. No bottled water to drink. No facilities to have a drink on an evening or morning. Breakfast finishes at 9:30! Not great for when on holiday. Would never ever visit again. No air conditioning

The room was very nice and spacious but a too hot because it is under a roof and the skylight window did let much air getting in. Breakfast was very good.

Fabulous building, spacious and clean room, very nice people, easy communication, opportunity to charge your car with common socket, dogs allowed. So it had everything we were looking forfor a reasonable price. And the city was surprisingly beautiful.
