front desk staff was very friendly and check in was a breeze. the hotel room was nice and spacious with a delicious breakfast menu. there are no elevators so i had to carry my luggage up a flight of stairs.

We had a wonderful stay at the Longcourt House Hotel recently for business. We arrived late and the staff couldn't have been more helpful, they even offered to call the chef in early as we had to leave for 6am to set up an event at the nearby Adare Manor. The fantastic food, very comfortable accommodation and wonderful staff made our trip a very pleasant one indeed. The location is perfectly situated for visiting Adare village or Tralee which isn't too far away. Fantastic location and I would definitely visit again with family or business in the future. Great value for money considering the excellent service and location.

Couldnt fault the Longcourt from the food to the staff nothing was too much trouble. Many thanks to Marion her professionalism on the day as we had 25 for a meal amongst many other families and yet we felt like we were the only ones there such was the attention. Would absolutely reccommend for a family function.

Paudie o Regan duty manager absolutely excels a high standard of excellence within the bar/restaurant. On our first visit we enjoyed immensely a meal with very attentive service and friendly staff. He came over to ensure everything was going down well and offered the most pleasant natural conversation. Hard work seemed effortless to him and was so enjoyable . Great job thanks for having us we lost definitely will return.

From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable from meeting the security guy, Tom to the staff we6all very helpful, friendly, the accommodation so comfortable and cleanliness 100%, food fantastic and I will return hopefully for longer next time, I highly recommend this hotel

We recently had dinner at the Longcourt to celebrate our parents wedding anniversary, the Service, Food and Atmosphere were of 5 Star standard. The staff were friendly, efficient and attentive. The food was of excellent quality as was the service (my husband is gluten intolerant and their were plenty of options on the menu for him) There was a lovely atmosphere in the hotel and my parents really enjoyed the celebrations. Thank you to all the team for making it such a special night for them. We will be back

Went as a family of 8, had pre booked our table. Sitting for half an hour before they even took our drink order! Another 20+ mins before our food came out, orders all wrong and our food was actually cold! Sitting waiting to order dessert for another half an hour while three young waitress were having a fine old chat, our table wasn't even cleaned off, so in the end after waiting almost 40 mins we stood up and left, without dessert, table still not even cleaned off. Went to pay and an elderly man was ahead of me, a male member of staff was arguing loudly with the elderly man saying that he had chips with his meal and the elderly man was saying that he hadn't, whether or not the poor old man had chips it was very unpleasant and unprofessional the way the member of staff was arguing with him in front of me. Anyway, it was a different member of staff that dealt with me and to be fair he was a lovely young man, I voiced my dissatisfaction to him but assured him it wasn't personal, just the service in general, he went to find his supervisor and after another 20 minutes wait he eventually came back, minus the supervisor and said that the supervisor had said to knock 10% off my bill. Well all I can say is our meal was ruined and it was a meal for my husband's birthday. I was also very unwell on the evening in question as I suffer from Crohn's disease and this added stress definitely didn't help. Would I go back again, not a hope! Steer well clear, lots of other fantastic places to eat in West Limerick/ North Kerry.

Top Class Hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful Food is top. quality and served with a smile. Unfortunately I was away too early for breakfast in the morning but savoured it once and the sausages and rashers and the full Irish breakfast was the best I've ever tasted. Dinner ends at 830pm so make sure you arrive in plenty of time. I missed dinner by 8 minutes and asked for room service , was told it couldn't be done. If your in the same situation there is a centra at the garage next door where you will get sandwiches. Highly recommend this hotel.
