My family and I had a terrible experience, particularly due to a manager named Gil Hernandez who treated my sister with utter disrespect. While I was paying for the reservation, he refused to give her and my mother service at the restaurant and refused to allow my sister to use the restroom, even after he was told she was a guest. I will note that my mother and sister a bit more brown than I am and my sister has 4 children. This man showed he is both classist and ****** and he refused to apologize when he confirmed they would both be guests at the hotel. I recommend visiting the town but DO NOT recommend this hotel!

Excelente Hotel, muy bonito, supero expectativas. El Personal desde Recepción, Restaurante, cuartos todos muy amables. El único detalle "minimo" , es que NO hay estacionamiento en el mismo y el más cercano está un poco lejos. Recomiendo al 100%.Regresaremos pronto ;)

La atención de todo el personal super las expectativas
Tienes caminando todas las atracciones de Real -- EL MEJOR LUGAR si qquieres estar un par de noches

Me gusto mucho el hotel, muy buena atención, el cuarto muy acogedor, su cocina es excelente y el bar tiene muy buen gusto, sin duda regresaría al hotel en otra ocasión
