Motel clerk had an attitude, rude, frowny face, showed pretty bad customer service. It started when my son and I walked in to get a room we had reserved for two nights. My son just moved to another address he was in process of changing address on his ID. This clerk attitude changed he acted like my son was a criminal. He was only going to have him stay just for one night. Pretty BAD HOSPITALITY. I didn’t like how this clerk acted so rudely plus on top of that he was training another person, pretty bad example of a trainer to teach a person good customer service. I’ve been in customer service never treat a sorry to customer so poorly like this gentleman did. Sorry to make this story long . We left we did not stay there we went to La Quinta Inn they had a smile on there face and accepted my son’s ID even though his address was different we stayed two nights as we had planned. Thank you La Quinta Inn for showing excellent HOSPITALITY!!!! By the way Motel 6 charged us both $89.99 took it out of our bank accounts for not staying there.
