B&B la Peonia

I stayed at La Peonia for almost two weeks. The accommodations were inviting and comfortable. The room was spotless, quiet, well appointed and serviced every day. There was ample storage and close space. The bathroom was large and well lit. The beds were properly firm and I, a light sleeper, slept soundly. There was always a supply of snacks in the room and the refrigerator was well stocked with snacks suited to my vegetarian diet. There were more snacks and an espresso machine in a common area a few steps from the room. It was hot in Reggio at the time I visited so the air conditioning was most welcome. Serena was very helpful with recommendations and in making local travel arrangements. La Peonia is well situated in central Reggio and is close to many places of interest shopping, restaurants and it is any easy stroll to many places and to the Marina and the Straights of Messina. When I left, I felt some sadness as I was so at home at La Peonia. My recommendation is to make your reservations well in advance of your visit as La Peonia is a sought after B&B.
