It's a beautiful place, we love it. I definitely will come back. very clean and spacious. the breakfast was delicious.

Beautiful structure, spacious room and great evening meal. There was no airconditioning in the room but the room was relatively cool despite an outside temperature of 30 degrees.

The staff was very friendly, the historic property way beautiful and well maintained. Dinner was excellent and moderately priced with a great selection of food and wines.. it lived up to all my expectations.I hope to visit again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Highly recommend this property.

First problem is, that lady did not speak english. I was unable to book breakfast before 7 am, or ask reception lady for small bag with breakfast. So I pay breakfast, but I never had breakfast. Parking place is not needed to book in advance, place of hotel is very good with very good view. Room was not bad, but problem was, that in morning I wake up with rash on the body. During night I had cold and morning this rash. I did not take dinner, but I think, that this place must be good for dinner with very good local foods. Wifi was without issue, but I dont remember some good table for work. If I will go there in future, I will choose different place.

I stayed solo for one night in June on a 10 property Italian road trip, so this review is relatively objective. Easily found in a rural setting with plenty of parking. Reception was via the restaurant - the gentleman on duty did what he had to do without much enthusiasm, which sadly was the case with every staff member I encountered - hence the 4 star rather than 5 star review. Nothing to do with the language barrier as I noted this attitude with other guests/diners. Lovely and sympathetically restored building, which is still a working property - unfortunately I arrived too late for the ‘Balsamic tour’. This product is absolutely delicious and better than any tasted in the UK. Bedroom was pleasantly renovated without any ‘new’ feel. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Good quality bed linen and towels. Good bathroom. Despite high daytime temperatures I didn’t need to use the air conditioning due to the thick walls and shutters. Windows are insect screened. Dinner, taken on the terrace with lovely rural views was really excellent - apart from as mentioned above, a lack of enthusiasm/engagement from both the Maitre’D and waitress. Breakfast was rather underwhelming when compared to the dinner standard - a decent Italian buffet style, but with cheap pre packaged cheese and jam etc. Good coffee. Excellent value throughout.

An old estate with traditional balsamico factory house with local restaurant. We enjoyed a lot of our stay. The room is spacious, hotel staffs are nice and attentive. We like to come back again for a long weekend.

We had a wonderful stay here! The agroturismo style was just what we wanted. At the restaurant we had one of the best dinners we have ever had, EVER, and the view on the patio is amazing. The owner fit us in and gave us a tour of the property and we got a private tasting of the vinegar, which was like nothing I’ve ever had. I’d stay here again!

The main issue we had was the fact that the room we ended up getting (and it was the last room available because there was a wedding) was not the room I had booked. I had booked a suite with one bedroom and a living room with fireplace. Instead they gave us a two bedroom (with a second room with twin beds which we didn’t have a need for) and no living room or fireplace. I wanted to leave. But there was no other hotel available nearby and we had no choice but stay. The cleanliness was also questionable as in the room we found ants, spiders and a giant spiderweb hanging from the ceiling. I took pictures. The staff was helpful and apologized about the room being different (I didn’t bother complaining about the bugs) and offered us a bottle of white wine with our dinner, which was nice but still did not make up for the different room and bugs. We were in a rush and had to leave but I should have not been charged for the suite because that is not the room I have been given.
