The hotel, amenities and breakfast are very good. What we did not like was that it is located right be the Dutra freeway. The window handle of our room was broken. We informed the front desk and they said they would check it out. Early in the morning we were woken up by the noise of trucks outside our room. We booked for 2 nights, but even before we checked in we said we would only stay one night, and not two as booked. Upon our check out we received the billing statement from the hotel with the charge for one night. Now, nor the hotel or ******* want to issue a refund. Disappointing.

The worst hotel in our 30 days trip to Brazil. First, we ask for early check in that was refused by mgmt that ask for extra $90 Reais ...we decided to came bsck for 2pm check in, and explore the area. We didn,t like the area ( lucks very dangeraus) and ask to csncel our reservation for the 2sc. Night. They told us to talk with ******* and commented that would be not a problem if we had booked our stay directly. We spoke with ******* that told us they couldn,t reach the ms.Idabel, hotel mgr. We tried also and she was never availablr. Well, I do know how they have good reviews once the location, noise and management sucks! Anf chevk this out: a large truck park close to our window, at 3am and left only round 6am, with his noisy diesil motor on ...the small was inside our room because the windown was not working properly, do a probabile act of invasion. See pictures. We spoke with the front desk that advise us " next time" ask for a room with the window agaist the pool insteaf the busy via Dutra. Well, eill be not the next time. Stay far away from them...

Overall good and new hotel. Small but enought facilities such as pool area and gym. No room service available was the negative point. not even a sandwich...

Super aconchegante, funcionários super atenciosos.

Um hotel muito bom para um belo descanso. Quarto confortavel, limpo, otimo chuveiro, boa cama. Tudo funciona bem. Funcionarios muito simpaticos e prestativos.

O hotel é muito bonito e limpo, além de organizado. Tudo perfeito só senti falta de uma TV smart tendo em vista que dificilmente vejo TV a cabo. A academia e sala de jogos alem de piscina estavam em ótimo estado e a parte de trás é ótima pra tirar algumas fotos.

Relação custo x benefício excelente. quarto amplo, limpo, silencioso. Pessoal da recepção e limpeza atenciosos e ágeis. Piscina limpa, espaço pra churrasco e academia.
