Sarana Hôtel & Spa

We had an amazing experience here and I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to relax (plus the place is far from everything). The views are just wow. Pool was heated so perfect for any weather. The staff were so competent and they gave us a warm welcome. The food was delicious (one of the best place I ever ate to). Thanks to the Chef ! Very good place if you want to reconnect with yourself. Thanks to all the staffs again. :)

Different to some of the rather bad reviews here we had an excellent stay at the Hotel. Yeah it’s a bit pricy but I think it’s one of the best Hotels in the area. Food was delicious and the breakfast has a good variety. It’s about a 30min drive to Hell-Bourg.

This airy, modern, elegant hotel has been operational since October 2022. It is fresh. The rooms are comfortably sized and accessible. The view out of the window is alone worth thousands of dollars. Salazie is beautiful; the scenic route to get here is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The reception is accessible. The rooms were available as promised. The formalities are as usual. English is spoken, and the attitude is warmly humorous. The first dinner was 'problematic' due to a lack of personnel (Easter Holiday). The wait was too long. This was an isolated incident. Questions of taste –we saw some customers return their portions to the kitchen. The chef has an excellent reputation, but he had his day off. Our rooms had no Wi-Fi or Netflix due to a network problem. I used my cellular connection with my laptop. BBC world service is available on TV. The bathtub is murderously slippery. Be careful; the statistics are grim. Safe box +, coffee machine +, water cooker +, hairdryer +. To sum it up: This hotel has a lot going for it: The ambiance is warm, everything is clean, and there is a lot of effort to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Would I come here again? Yes, I would.

Nous avons débuté notre séjour à la réunion par 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. Nous avons été super bien reçu avec un thé glacé, financiers et serviettes fraîches. Notre chambre était juste sublime ! Ce fut un total dépaysement au cœur de la salazie. Le personnel est agréable et mention spécial au restaurant où tout était succulent !!! Un vrai délice. La piscine est jolie. Nous n’avons pas profité du spa par manque de temps. Le seul petit bémol à nos yeux fut le service du restaurant : très long et lunaire par moment ( nous avons demandé un coca et on nous a regardé comme des aliens). Un petit détail mais sans cela ça serait un 5 étoiles.

Surprenante découverte au milieu du cirque de Salazie, au pied du Piton des Neiges. Une belle piscine, un spa et un cadre qui s’intègre parfaitement au paysage. De beaux matériaux, une vue incroyable depuis le restaurant. Et une cuisine d’excellente qualité . Tout ceci dans un calme apaisant
