Property is located just near the bus stand, and the buses horn will wake you up at morning 4 o clock, the hotel is good with open parking fascility, however it lacks basic amenties like kettle, tea coffe kit, fridge etc which is expected at this price. Service is prompt and good, hotel staff behaviour is also good. I stayed twice in this hotel earlier it was better but now the increased tarrif is not justified in terms of fascilities it provides, also the complimentary breakfast layoff has been reduced.

I stayed in this hotel with my family with an expectation of a comfortable experience after ＞700 km drive. But, it turned out to be one of the most disappointing hotel experiences of my stays. Rooms - OK Location -Good Staff behavior- Pathetic, rude, arrogant Bathroom - Pathetic It seems there was no plan while placing lights and taps in the bathroom. Very unprofessional. Most disappointing was the RUDE behavior of hotel receptionist (Dwivedi), he asked us to vacate the hotel and leave and go to some other place at 330 am and after paying full payment in advance. He said, "You have already made advance payment, so he is not worried." List of disappointments is endless. Do not suggest staying at this property. I'm not sure about other hotels of the group.

Great value for money. Good service but in some rooms infra needs to be updated. Located centrally and is pretty accessible with ample parking space

Poor quality of rooms. Washbasin taps & western pot were broken. Over all clearness & hotel hygeine were very bad. I already checked out 3/4 days before
