Η διαμονή μας για 4 διανυκτερεύσεις ήταν απολύτως τέλεια! Καταπληκτική εξυπηρέτηση από όλο το προσωπικό (ιδιαίτερες ευχαριστίες στην Κική, τον Παύλο, το προσωπικό του μπαρ και τον άνθρωπο που εργάζεται στην παραλία - πολύ μπράβο!). Το δωμάτιό μας και ολόκληρη η ιδιοκτησία ήταν άψογα καθαρά και περιποιημένα. Η υπηρεσία καθαριότητας ήταν κορυφαία, πλήρης με υπηρεσία προετοιμασίας κρεβατιού. Ο πρωινός μπουφές ήταν πολύ ωραίος με μια καλή επιλογή. Το μπαρ του ξενοδοχείου έκανε υπέροχα κοκτέιλ και έχει όμορφη θέα στη θάλασσα. Ειλικρινά, δεν υπήρχε τίποτα αρνητικό σχετικά με τη διαμονή μας ή αυτό το ακίνητο. Είναι το τέλειο καταφύγιο!

Lovely hotel suitable Just for adults, very quiet and spotlessly clean, breakfast was lovely, cooked eggs to order. We had a couple of evening meals, one was a tasting menu which was lovely, the other was a 3 course, also good, the village is a short walk and there are a few restaurants. Would return

What a fantastic hotel and wonderful holiday we had. Boutique 5 is in a quiet location but close enough to a few bars and restaurants. Housekeeping was superb. Adisa Jace kept our room immaculate and nothing was too much trouble for her. The barman, Stergos, made my husband the best Long Island Iced Teas ever! The loungers on the beach were luxurious and super comfy. The beach was pebbly but lovely. Would advise purchasing a pair of beach shoes! We booked for bed and breakfast for our stay and would definitely recommend this option. Lots of choice available and Marissa was attentive and efficient. Had a couple of treatments each in the spa which were super relaxing. Our therapists, George and Katerina, were very proficient and skilful. Vangelis talked us through all the options available in the spa and was able to recommend the ones that best suited our needs. Would recommend Boutique 5. All the staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

A great place to relax and unwind. The staff were friendly, efficient and courteous. The hotel was very clean and tidy with an excellent ambiance and the outlook from the main terrace and pool area was superb. The food was plentiful, with plenty of choices and of good quality. The frequent live band entertainment was a nice touch and very welcomed. The SPA was also excellent and all of the staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. The variety of treatment options was extensive and very well explained by the staff. My treatment was with George, who was very professional, friendly and courteous. He delivered an excellent experience for me in my treatment, having asked several questions about what I wanted to achieve. It was exactly as I wanted it to be. I left the treatment feeling very relaxed and fell-stressed. I can wholeheartedly recommend George for a treatment. Overall, the Boutique 5 & SPA experience was what I had hoped it would be.

Stayed here recently on a half board basis. On the positive, wonderful staff, excellent service, beautiful hotel, with breathtaking views. On the negative we have to mention the food, while the breakfast was acceptable it was the evening meal that seriously disappointed. Bland, overcooked food, with limited choice, I don’t know how a 5 star luxury hotel could get it so wrong. Only on one night was the meal acceptable. If you plan to stay here, our advice is go bed and breakfast. There’s plenty of family run Tavernas in close proximity that provide good quality food at a fraction of the cost.

This is our first luxury holiday and in almost every way Boutique 5 met every expectation anyone could have. The staff are amazing, friendly personal and do everything they can to go the extra mile. Food was great too - good quality and well presented Solid fast WiFi for those who need it No issues with recent fires - although looking at adjacent burnt out areas you realise what a great job they’ve done to get lucious green grass and plants back around the hotel But they were let down by just two things: Beware point 1: Bottom floor Superior Junior Suite with Private Pool rooms are advertised as having a “sea view” - this is in contrast to the Junior Suites (which are also on the bottom floor) but advertised with a *partial* sea view. In truth all the bottom floor rooms have a partial see view - the hotel’s photography is cleverly taken to suggest a good view of the sea but at most it’s about 15% sea and 85% buildings, trees and (if you’re unlucky) power and telegraph poles. This is not the first review to point this out and it’s something they need to address by simply adding the word “partial” into those lower floor superior rooms so that guests can make the decision to upgrade before they arrive rather than be disappointed either in silence or bring it up with the staff Having chosen to address this with the staff, first time they wanted to offer a pricey upgrade - but after persisting through our travel agent, they offered a more reasonably priced upgrade to an upper floor room which has much better views of the sea and does live up to expectations of a sea view. Maybe it’s a Greek thing but I prefer not to haggle over resolving an issue that like that. Lesson learned though, if we come back we’ll be avoiding the lower floor and haggling over prices. Beware Point 2: Our return flight was late so we asked for options for a late checkout (we asked for up to 5 hours). They offered just a 15% discount off the full room rate - which was excessive since the it’s the end of the season and the room was available. This again seems to be hotel policy but I didn’t want to haggle this time and decide I would rather spend €150 elsewhere. Turning to the positives: This does live up to expectations in every other way. Special shoutout to Serving and Room Cleaning and Spa staff - always happy people, lovely smiles and friendliness. And always trying (and achieving) a spectacular service that helps ensure this place does deserve the “luxury” name tag. The Spa isn’t listed separately on Trip Advisor, but if it was, I’d give it a solid 100% - not a fault. Vangelis was incredibly helpful and friendly and made our last few hours of stay a continued luxury. A word of warning - be sure to take the staff’s advice and pre-book your spa treatment to avoid disappointment. Overall, as our first luxury holiday I don’t have any other luxuries to compare it against, but it has set a high (98%) standard for our next one!

Disappointing. A sterile place with pretentions to offer 5 star service and facilities. Unwelcoming receptionist. Any questions were answered with 'look at our app'. Nothing in writing. The 'app' was difficult to navigate and badly designed. We gave up. There was no information about the area provided by the hotel. Information was obtained by talking with other guests. The hotel itself is situated in isolation, in glaring sunshine with no shade whatsoever, and little in the way of public areas. Round the pool area there are perhaps ten sun loungers, technically with a sun shade per pair. Unfortunately the sunshades were very small and there was no shadow cast at all. The main pool was unusable and we saw no-one using it apart from a couple using two sun loungers because they wanted to lie in the baking sun (30C+ in the shade). Our room was fine and the small pool off the balcony was refreshing. It had some tiles missing. The saving grace for this hotel was the excellent restaurant manager Georgious and waitress Marissa who catered well with my allergies. However, please be aware that half board means a fixed evening menu with, effectively, no choice. On checkout we had to pay the bar menu without first having been presented with an invoice to check. The same receptionist as at check in. We couldn't wait to leave.

We’ve just returned home from our belated honeymoon and we’ve had an amazing week at Boutique 5. We were welcomed from the second we walked into reception. The staff were kind, polite and so helpful. We were sent Prosecco to our room as a gesture to mark our special occasion and we were very grateful. We didn’t expect it. If you’re thinking about booking I’d recommend it but feel it’s fair to give the positives and the negatives. The only negatives I can give to be mindful of is the beach isn’t sandy… so you’ll need beach shoes getting in and out of the water. It’s not an issue and you can pick up beach shoes at all local shops. The beach is a very short walk and the guy managing the beach bar is amazing! He really looks after you! The beach is clean and we spent most days here after our little travels. There’s not much to do in the area and not a huge selection of restaurants but if you’re looking for relaxation you’ll get that! I’d recommend upgrading to half board for that reason. Hiring a car is a good idea as the taxi rides soon mount up. We’d totally recommend a visit to Lardos and Lindos. I did ask the hotel direct for a room upgrade before arriving as the Jet 2 indulgence booking gave no other options other than the most basic room. I was told I had to wait to check in… by which point the rooms were gone. There were lots available at the time of my request but I respect that’s the hotel policy…. But maybe an idea to review it to avoid disappointment? By the time we had any options it was late into our holiday so we decided to stay in the room allocated so not to waste our remaining days. I’d wanted to arrange something special as a surprise for my hubby but it wasn’t meant to be. It’s a shame as a few days into our holiday it was evident there was a lot of empty rooms.Our room was lovely though and the cleaning staff were in 2-3 times a day but it would have been nice to have a private pool. We visited the spa and had massages. I can only say it was an amazing experience and it really helped us unwind and relax. The spa manager is so helpful and kind. It’s a must! The food was amazing. We were half board and again the waiting staff were so lovely and offered alternatives if there wasn’t anything on the evening menu you liked! I looked forward to breakfast every morning! The drinks were so lovely and not extortionate. The hotel had entertainment a few nights and we so enjoyed it. Last negative..We had to be out of our room by 12pm on day of check out which again, a little disappointing as it was evident the room didn’t have another booking (and you know this by checking online and the fact the hotel was very quiet) We were offered to keep it for 4 hours for €120 … our transfer didn’t pick us up until 7pm so it was a long day…. I can understand if you had another booking but you had lots of available rooms so felt that was a little mean. We were 1 of 4 couple just waiting around reception. The entire experience of the spa from start to finish was excellent. Staff are very attentive and cater for your needs. The massage itself was also excellent and very relaxing. I felt my stress disappear! Thank you. 5*
