Alex Beach Hotel - Bungalows

Wir hatten uns auf die Beschreibung von Tui verlassen und uns dazu entschieden mit der Familie dort für 7 Tage unterzukommen um unseren Urlaub zu genießen. Fluglärm von morgens 5 bis Nachts um 3! Essen gleicht einer Großraum Kantine bei der auf Hygiene sehr wenig wert gelegt wird massiver Lärm, d die Tische sehr eng gestellt sind ! Personal gestresst und kein lächeln mehr im Gesicht ! Sauberkeit der Anlage vor allem auf dem Zimmer und im Kidsclub unterirdisch! Wir sind vorzeitig abgereist. Die positiven Bewertungen sind leider nicht nachvollziehbar und maximal hat das Hotel 2,5 Sterne Einmal und nie nie wieder

Obwohl dieses Hotel von der TUI hochgelobt als Kids Club deklariert wird, können wir dieses Hotel überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Lt. Hotelbeschreibung, gem. TUI, ann mit zeitweisem Fluglärm gerechnet werden. Dieses stimmt überhaupt nicht, der Fluglärm ist 24 Std. und am schlimmsten bis nachts 3 Uhr im 5 Minuten Takt. Mit 5 Uhr am Morgen geht es weiter. Das Hotel liegt direkt in der Einflugschneise und die Flieger donnern mit 80 db übers Zimmer. Tür oder Fenster geöffnet lassen unmöglich. TUI nimmt sich davon nichts an. Im Mai war das gesamte Hotel mit Magen-Darm verseucht, aufgrund der diletantischen Hygienemaßnahmen. Jeder patschte am Buffet herum, ohne vorher die Hände zu desinfizieren. Die Kleinen im Kids Club saßen bei geschlossenem Fenster und 28 Grad drinnen. Die Toilette am Hauptpool war ständig dreckig. Die Tische in de Restaurants standen viel zu dicht, sodass man ständig den Nachbarn im Nacken hatte. Außerdem gab es keine Essenzeiten, sodass die Restaurants aus allen Nähten platzten. Die Tische am Mittagsbuffet wurden kaum desinfiziert bzw. gesäubert. Ekelig dreckig und klebrig. Wir haben das dann immer selber gemacht, da wir uns auf keinen Fall mit Magen Darm anstecken wollten, vor allen Dingen meine schwangere Tochter nicht. Am Mittagsbuffet erschienen einige Leute mit Badekleidung, die dazu noch teilweise nass war. Außerdem entbehrt es jeglicher Grundlage, sich halb nackt an einen Mittagstisch zu setzen. Wo bleibt denn da das Personal, um dieses zu unterbinden. Auch die TUI Reiseleitung vor Ort hat nichts unternommen. Positiv: die Poollandschaft und der nahe Kiesstrand es ist ein absolutes Kinderhotel mit entsprechendem Lärm und alle Aktivitäten auf Kinder ausgerichtet, das sollte man noch dazu wissen Personal war stets freundlich, die Getränke waren gut, außer alle soft Drinks

L'hôtel est certes très chouette, mais malheureusement les enfants français ne sont pas les bienvenus (pour ne pas dire interdit d'accès) au club enfant : quelle déception !!! Les animations sont quant à elles assez limitées.

Our stay at Alex Beach Hotel was fantastic. The hotel offers good facilities, nice swimming pools, and good free entertainment on some nights (DJ, greek dancing and latin shows were great fun and interactive). Our double room with a kids' bed was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. Beachside location and free beach towels were added perks. The food variety was good - far more than I expected and plentiful. Good pasta and pizza options for the children. My 4-year-old also daughter loved the ice cream choices at dinner and around the pool. Though sunbeds were limited, securing one before breakfast was easy. The hotel's location, less then a 10 minute taxi from the airport, was super convenient. The noise from planes never bothered us. I've been to all-inclusive resorts in the past and paid significantly more for lower quality. We didn't use the kids club, but my daughter loved the kids' disco, even though it was primarily in German – it's mostly dancing, so language didn't matter. What truly stands out about this hotel is the exceptional staff. From the bar staff by the pool to the restaurant and lunchtime servers, as well as the reception desk and cleaners, everyone was incredibly warm and welcoming. Special thanks to Mattina in the restaurant and Panagoitis Panos, who took great care of us every day. The staff were always on hand, diligently cleaning and refreshing communal areas constantly. Also recommend renting a car from the reception desk to explore the island.

Relaxing week in a pleasant family hotel. If you’re looking for luxury, this isn’t it. But the price isn’t luxury either but instead very reasonable. We were super impressed with the friendly and attentive staff. The kids stuff is really aimed at very young kids. But mine, 9 and 12, still found friends and had a great time. All in all very relaxing and pleasant but nothing extraordinary. BTW we didn’t find the plane noise irritating at all.

good food nice atmosphere with a child but rooms and room service should try more to clean and replace

Great and very nice, cheerful service of the entire hotel from the reception to the cleaning ladies, clean and large swimming pools, delicious food, which was never missing even at the end of meals. A very communicative and caring restaurant manager. Waiters working very quickly with their work so that no one had to wait for anything. Despite the number of guests, there were no queues - neither for tables nor for food. We are very pleased with this hotel. The sea right next to the hotel, one of the bars located on the beach. What was an absolute hit for us were the olive trees, which gave a lot of shade in the hotel area, so we didn't have to "fight" for a place in the shade. Our daughter had fun in the pools, on the slides and in the sea, we rested. Animations conducted only in German. Most of the guests are German.

Amazing time spended with my family. I really recommend this hotel for those who want to relax and don’t want anybody to disturb them. The rooms are clean and the equipment is working correctly. The food is delicious. I really enjoyed holiday spended here and I will glady come back :)))
