Loved it. It was quiet. Great staff. I really appreciated the VIP upgrade (from *******). It is definitely one of my favorite hotels in the area.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. I loved the decor of the lobby & the rooms. I would definitely stay there again.

This is not like other Graduate hotels. My room was run down, with stains on the wall, headrest, lampshade etc. The lobby/main area has clearly received a face lift but the rooms are dated and dirty.

Had a short-stay for school. Quiet and safe area. Main streets are walkable. Would stay here again.

The location was great. The hotel staff were excellent and very friendly. The room was spacious, and tidy, with nice windows and views. The only thing I didn't like was that there was no in-room recycling. I asked housekeeping if there was recycling and she said, no.

Great stay and room. Valet parking is really expensive even with the credit and fills up…which they don’t tell you. Parking a block away at overnight parking lot is cheaper. Upon check-in the staff wasn’t very warm and welcoming. The check-in attendant basically handed us keys and a paper without ever telling my room number. When I asked our room number he said “it’s on the key envelope”

The staff were extremely nice and accommodating. I had a hard time falling asleep because I could hear the tv from the next room. The food was surprisingly good

Enjoyed my overnight stay. The room was quite (14th floor) and spacious. Nice breakfast menu choices. Front desk staff was helpful and very nice. Good location. Walked to the Jefferson for a lunch.

Front the customer service to the cleanliness of the room this is the best hotel I have stayed at in a long time. The front desk was helpful, welcoming and friendly. The room is spacious and clean. We used valet parking which does have a price of $13 but it was easier than trying to find parking outside on the street.
