The front desk lady was very helpful to one of our friends, thank you. Our room is at the front of the hotel on a busy main road, it is very noisy with the window open. With the window closed it is quieter but the window is the only source of air. What to do? The shower room is large and also wet room, by which I mean around the toilet well. We could mop the water up with one of the 3 towels (for 2 people) that were supplied. Fortunately after a couple of hours it was mostly dry. We could hear people moving about above us. The evening meal and breakfast were OK.

Worst service ever. When our family (2 adults, 3 kids aged 7-10) arrived at midnight, they couldn’t find our reservation. Even when we showed the booking via ********** and the e-mail, we wrote to Them a few days before. When we valles ********** the receptionist wouldn’t give her name and got angry and blamed us. In the end we left and took a bus to the centre, where we found a hotel. Would NOT recommend.

It's simple but very clean. The surrounding area is quiet and breakfast was good. I liked a very good shower and a hairdryer. Basically you have everything you need for a short stay. And it's a good value for money you pay.

The room was very dirty. The curtains seemed to be not washed from the first working day of the hotel. The bathroom was full of mold in the corners. As we stayed with a baby, we couldn't let him to walk in the room as were afraid to get fungus :( Also there were no fridge in the room, but when booking it was written that the fridge is in the room. Breakfast also was poor :( we will never choose this hotel again.

Naja - you get what you pay for. Definitv aber keine 3 Sterne. Zimmer sind abgewohnt, Bad schimmelig, Frühstück einfach und ausreichend. Zimmerreinigung wurde vergessen. Personal ist bemüht.

the offer provides incorrect information, and the reception does not warn in advance that there is no TV in the entire hotel, we ordered a double bed in the room and two single beds

Everything was ok. No problems. The room was big and clean. Breakfast was good. Location is not very good for tourism but very good for basic conditioning training. 3,5 km distance from everything.

Nice hotel, modern and very comfortable. The staff where very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast. Good mattresses. Good location: nearby the center of Riga also not far from the airport. Recommended.
