Parking and Wi-Fi: The hotel’s parking is limited. When full, they suggest a spot 15 minutes away on foot, which works if you drop off your luggage at the lobby first. However, I recommend the Parcheggio Piazzale Kennedy, only 5 minutes away. The Wi-Fi is a bit slow, so I had to rely on my phone’s data for stable internet access. Rooms and Amenities: Apart from these minor issues, the hotel is superb. The design is impressive, with rooms that reflect 5-star luxury. I was a bit disappointed by the lack of HDMI ports on the TVs; it would’ve been great for streaming from personal devices. They’re dog-friendly, a plus for pet owners. First Impressions and Location: When you first walk in, the lobby might seem dated, but the rooms upstairs are a pleasant surprise. The hotel’s location is ideal, only a 5-minute walk away from the main streets filled with quality restaurants and shops, as well as the beach. Surroundings: I’ve stayed in both of Rimini’s districts. While the south offers beaches, affordable restaurants, and touristy shops, the north (where this hotel is) offers upscale establishments and vibrant nightlife. If you’re looking for more than just sunbathing at the beach, the north provides a variety of activities. Conclusion: All in all, this hotel in the northern part of Rimini provides a richer experience, blending luxury with a prime location.

A very nice hotel close to the wonderful sea and to everything important in Rimini. Many improvements made this year: rooms, lobby, breakfast. It was the third summer in a row that we spent our holiday in this hotel and everything was excellent: spacious room with everything you need, kitchenette, very clean everywhere, huge balcony with table and chairs, great staff, beach places with discount. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with home made products in a new room, modern and spacious, plenty of choice and wonderful staff. Nice outdoor space with furniture and plants and parking area as well. We will definitely stay there again next summer!

Again in Rimini, and of course at the Parioli Residence, during the Winter Holidays 2021-2022. As every time in the past, I enjoyed the professionally and the hospitality of this hotel-residence, equipped with all services at an excellent level.

Ho soggiornato 2 gg in questo albergo per un Corso a maggio, prenotando 2 mesi fa una camera non rinnovata… guardando le foto sul sito non sembrava male… Peccato che le foto non rispondono assolutamente alla realtà! Arredamento datato è triste. Materassi e cuscini durissimi. Divano liso e sbiadito. I fornelli non funzionavano e non c’erano neanche un bollitore e 2 mug. Bagno angusto, decadente e con porta rovinata. Cattivo odore in tutto l’ambiente. Il consiglio è di scegliere assolutamente una camera rinnovata! Molto belle. Colazione buona e soddisfacente. Buffet del pranzo molto buono ricco di piatti leggeri, gustosi e adatti ad un pranzo di lavoro. Anche la sala della colazione piacevole. Personale alla Reception un po’ serioso.

Posizione ottima nel cuore di Rimini, camere molto belle, spaziose e pulite. La prima colazione è ricca e di ottima qualità e il personale è veramente disponibile e gentilie... Sarà sicuramente un'esperienza da rifare alla prima occasione.

Siamo state benissimo! Camera grande e accogliente! Ben servita e disposta ! Tutti i comfort! Abbiamo gustato una colazione davvero da 5 stelle, adatta a tutti e per tutti i gusti ! Oltre che davvero bella la zona colazione! Arredata benissimo! E poi L hotel si trova in un punto strategico perché con pochi minuti a piedi sei vicino ad ogni tipo di attrazione!! Consigliato? Consigliatissimo! Personale top!

Tutto perfetto. La camera bellissima e pulitissima. Personale gentilissimo. Colazione abbondante. Nulla da segnalare a parte il parcheggio che è un pò piccolo ma, rispetto a tutto il resto, si tratta solo di una inezia. È un tre stelle ma potrebbe meritarne quattro. Consigliatissimo. Ci ritorneremo.

Le nuove camere sono splendide dal design moderno raffinato e confortevoli, il personale molto cordiale e la colazione eccellente. Posizione ottima a due passi dal mare. Non vedo l'ora di tornare. Super consigigliato
