It’s an incredible place with great design, very warm and helpful host, close to the nice cozy beach and with private secured free parking! On the second floor you can find ice-maker machine. It’s the best I’ve ever seen. It was so useful in a hot summer season

I want to share my experience of staying in a Demo hotel. The hotel exceeded all our expectations. Of the places where I have stayed before, I put this hotel in the first place. Designer renovation, perfect cleanliness, everything is new! I recommend this place!

We stayed here whilst visiting the area for the Moto GP and had a great time. The hotel is fantastic and we would love to come back again. Thank you very much for your generous hospitality.

Lovely rooms, very accommodating host. Very near to the beach. Great communal space with table top football that the children loved. We had a great time and did not want to leave.

What a fantastic place to stay! I stayed for 3 nights mid August and if I had known how good it would be, I'd have stayed longer. It truly is a unique hotel showcasing the best of many companies. Piero was an excellent host and made sure my stay was amazing. Parking is secure and no ramps on entry so suitable for low cars. Very clean, comfortable, quiet and within walking distance to the old town and the beach. Every city should have one of these hotels!

Highly recommend this hotel, high design & fittings. Very comfortable, 5 minutes to beach & restaurants. Piero is an outstanding host and attended to our every need. Great communal spaces - bar, sofa, working area & laundry. Good base for Rimini. Would definitely return.

We initially booked 6 days at the Demo in Rimini but decided to add another 4 days because we loved it so much! The location of is very good - 2 mins from the beach. The rooms are very spacious, and clean and have great design. The checkin and parking situation is smooth. The host, Piero, is super friendly and helpful. All in all, we highly recommend to go there and will be back ourselves.
