Soggiorno perfetto.
Colazione super. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.
Molto comodo il parcheggio incluso.
Peccato non essere venuto a conoscenza della possibilità di fare un percorso gourmet con la pasticceria convenzionata.

Posizione comoda appena fuori dal centro abitato. 10 min a piedi. Parcheggio gratuito sia esterno che coperto.
Centro benessere accogliente e super Zen incluso nel costo della camera.
Colazione buffet con tantissime possibilita' dal dolce al salato (e per gli amanti,.. spumante compreso!).
2 Piscine. Quella esterna abbastanza grande, circondata da un delizioso parco con tante possibilita' di ombra e relax.
Quella interna annessa al centro benessere. Personale gentile, discreto e attento.
Ottimo rapporto qualita' prezzo. Consigliatissimo.

We received a great welcome and full support From a very friendly staff. Room was clean and well furnished, services valuable and breakfast was exceptional. The issue we had is the very hot temperature, especially in the bathroom. Green hotel with very good position.

This hotel is very clean and well maintained with a very friendly professional staff. However,it is worth noting that the AC units in the hotel were not operating at this time of year (the month of May), although it was hot and the outside streets were noisy at night! The location is a bit of a distance from the lake but it's a good short walk. Excellent breakfast with a variety of choices and a nice outdoor seating area. The hotel has a nice view of the mountains and an excellent garden and pool setting.

I really enjoyed the Hotel! The most important - very warm, helpful and professional stuff was there! The room was big enough and clean, had some complimentary stuff, that was nice. Breakfast was great - a lot of choices. SPA is not too big, but it is nice. And again - the stuff is great. So I enjoyed those 5 days, thank You!

The room was spacious, clean and I even got upgraded and had a nice balcony. The breakfast was very nice. The park around the buildings was perfect for a nice walk. I wish I had stayed more than one night!

Amazing hotel. From before we arrived the staff were friendly and helpful. When we did arrive we were given a complimentary drink which was a nice touch. The facilities at the hotel were excellent, the spa and the outside pool. Everywhere was clean and well maintained and the restaurant was lovely. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel and would love to return there myself.

Fantastic holiday experience from start to finish! Staff very friendly & informative. Food selection excellent. Spa area beautiful & tranquil. 10 min easy stroll from lake so good location. Great hotel for a romantic getaway!

The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had the best manicures done and massages. Hotel has a nice spa area. hotel is in great location, close to the lake and all restaurants and shops. Overall great experience
