Great Hotel for families and very friendly service and persons - we will come again :) Especially water park very good vor small children and around the pool is a lot of space. Every question was promptly answered and always tried to help if you need advise or information

The overall stay was really nice and enjoyable. Everything was there where it should be. The pillows could be softer and it would be better to have more sockets at the bicycle cellar, but that is nothing serious. Thank you for the nice stay.

Love the place, we have been to Residence Filanda for a couple of times now and we will be returning for sure. Awesome place, very nice apartments and a big pool. You can even rent bikes from the residence completely for free!! Nice and quiet location, at the same time it's close to the center, 10min by bike. We will be returning for sure!

Stayed at the residence, family of five, for one week late June-July. Clean rooms, very good pool area and kids loved the waterpark. Good to have access to bikes. The owner’s were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this residence for families with kids.

We had the chance to discover this amazing residence and we feel at home for several reason. Starting from landlord always very kind and able to accomodate the needs of the client. Swimming pool without chloride is a value for the kids; the water-park the best way to entertain kids; loan the bicycles a great idea for all the family. In addition apartment are clean and fully equipped to cook goods. The landlord will give also the opportunity to make a barbecue in a specific area where they provide wood and tools. Environment that gives me good vibration and opportunity to know different people from all the European countries. For sure I forgot some other magic moment and so I strongly suggest to try an holiday here to confirm what said.

Si apprezza la quiete e il silenzio che c è nella struttura ,le camere sono molto belle e tutto è perfetto (giardino,prato) esperienza da rifare ,consigliato .è a pochi chilometri sia da riva del Garda che ad arco e si accede tramite ben tre strade

Siamo stati ospiti in occasione del flicorno d’oro. La Signora Nadia fin da subito é stata gentile e disponibile. Il residence ha un panorama invidiabile, dista circa mezz’ora a piedi dal centro, offrendo la possibilità di conoscere posti di Riva davvero incantevoli, come per esempio il lungolago. Gli appartamenti sono molto accoglienti, pulite ed attrezzate. Straconsigliato.

Io e 5 amiche abbiamo preso un villino in questa bella struttura in zona tranquilla e poco lontana dal lago di Garda. I villini di recente costruzione, sono su 2 livelli e hanno un'ottima divisione degli spazi e un'arredamento moderno e funzionale. Bellissimo l'affaccio diretto sulla piscina ad uso dei villini. Provi distante ce n'è un'altra con idromassaggi e giochi d'acqua e un parco aquatico per i bimbi. Spazi esterni belli e curati con possibilità di praticare diversi sport. Consigliato sia per famiglie che per gruppi. Buona anche la pulizia.

Wir waren mit 3 Kindern (10,10,6) zum ersten Mal hier. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die gesamte Anlage ist immer sehr sauber. Der Fahrradabstellraum bietet genügend Platz. Das Umland ist auch per Fahrrad oder zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Wir werden wieder mal dort Urlaub machen.
