Good service and nice staffs, excellent breakfast and very convenient location.

A nice and tidy hotel on a great location, close enough to the centre. Very good breakfast and helpful staff. They gave us good tips on trekking and sightseeing. Also got a surprise tiramisu and balloons on my birthday breakfast which was lovely! The only negative comment to say is that our rooms door wasn’t very soundproof so I kept waking up to noises from outside, my boyfriend didn’t mind though. Had an unforgettable week around Riva del Garda and would love to visit again :)

Great location very close to the tourist places of Riva Del Garda. Room was excellent with tea coffee making facilities and a very nice breakfast. Nice garden area and off street parking with an underground garage parking. All the staff are English speaking.

I came with my 13 years old son to visit Riva Del Garda and we selected this hotel based on its reviews. We cohldn't have asked for more. The hotel is perfect from all aspects. 1. Superb location - just a few steps away from the lake and the main attractions. Everything you might need is a minute away (supermarket, ATM, shops, restaurants, bars...) 2. A great and specious room with a comfy bed, a little sofa and a small garden outside with the spectacular views of the mountains. 3. The frendliest staff we have met in Italy so far (and its a good competition as they were all friendly). Especially Ketty that was so helpful thinking out of the box and answering all our questions (where to eat, what to do, including an exciting overview about Via Ferrata options) and also helping us by letting me use the hotel's washing machine to fix a small incident we had that combined a beer and clothes ;)) 4. The atmosphere and decoration of the entire hotel is unique and happy. 5. The breakfast is also upscale and includes also fresh orange juice and omelettes. In addition breakfast includes some vegtables unlike other hotels we visited in Italy. 6. The level of maintainence and cleanliness of the hotel and our room are very high. All in all - we have had a superb experiance and we 100% recommend this hotel. Thank you for hosting us so remarkebly.

Friendly staff, clean and large rooms, great location, good breakfast.

Easy to get to by car but close to the pedestrianized centre. Fantastic staff. Comfortable and colourful room with plenty of sockets. Nice large shower - in room 1 it's next to the balcony door, so make sure you draw the curtains! Great position with lots of restaurants nearby and a supermarket just around the corner. Underground parking was a huge plus. Fairly good choice of food for sweet or savoury breakfast with freshly cooked eggs, freshly squeezed orange juice and freshly made coffee available. Brunch was also a good weekend option with bagels, pancakes etc. Very little plastic packaging around and it was nice to find glass bottles of water in the room upon arrival.

Great location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are immaculately clean and feel spacious. Great shower with strong water pressure. Good choice at breakfast with cooked items available as well as the extensive buffet. Excellent value for money. Would stay here again if in Riva.

Excellent restaurant; excellent lasagnes, panacotta et molto bono tiramisu! Cristian has been such a good waiter ! Weldone! I highly recommend this place very well located in a fancy street in Riva del Garda, Italy.
