The staff at the property was exceptional, especially Wesley at the front desk. Very helpful and informative. I stop in this area whenever I’m driving from the NL ferry. I will definitely book this property from here on in. Highly recommended!🙂

This is my third stay at the Quality Inn at Riviere-du-Loup. It has been consistently comfortable and convenient. I really like the layout of the room for reading, writing, using the internet, and relaxing after a long drive. Staff are wonderfully helpful.

Greeting and initial introductory conversation from the Agent at the Reception desk was as polite, warm, welcoming and proactively helpful as any experience I've had at a hotel, motel or campground in recent memory. Room was neat and clean and beds were comfortable. Parking was free and convenient. Only minor issues were that the TV and some lamps had been disconnected and a slow draining sink in the bathroom. Would definitely stay here again when traveling through the area.

Great hot breakfast, clean and spacious hotel and room! And only one minute to get on or off route 20. Perfect stop over for those NB or Quebec bound. Lots of free parking and friendly staff.

Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was good ... lots of options, Tim Hortons and has station right across the street, close to other amenities and would definitely recommend to others and would stay again.

Not worth the money. Older inn that need an upgrade for the price paid. Could not use shower. Light bulb in one lamp not work. Stayed at a Hyatt for same price
