Comfortable beds, quiet setting, accommodating staff

We specifically reserved a room with a tub so our toddler could have a bath. When we checked in there were none available. We only found out the pool was closed upon attempting to go to it. Even though the pool has been closed for several weeks we received no notification of this. If we had we would have chosen another hotel since it was a necessity for our family. The breakfast provided was inedible.
The state of the actual room was horrendous. The faucet is not connected properly to the sink. It lifts completely every time you use it. The grout of the shower was disintegrating, making a mess whenever the shower was used. The curtain in the room did not open either. We found a lighter under the bed, a serious safety concern with a toddler.

Was disappointed because this location was chosen for the indoor pool which was not open. Also when reserving the room I asked for earlier check in service but the room was not ready.

Indoor pool in the reason we chose this hotel a and it was not operational and looking at it you can see it’s been a long time since it has been I felt like it was misleading to even list it with a indoor pool however they offered to let us drive to another hotel and use their pool.

We are never disappointed with Home2Suites. The size of the rooms are amazing. Love the kitchen area as we have a 19 month old granddaughter. Beds are so comfy. So many conveniences.

The ac vent had a crumble muffin in it, one of the cabinets were missing, overall it was a great place to stay very convenient to alot of shopping and dining.

It was the only thing was the sink was leaking and the Spicket was loose and need to be replaced or glued down I informed the front desk about this issue

The lobby is very nice. However, we booked because there was supposed to be a pool. The pool was filled a quarter of the way with dirty water and rusty lift equipment on the side. Our room had a torn window shade that was hanging from the rod. We changed rooms but it must allow dogs because my husband had a reaction. The room didn’t smell fresh at all. The breakfast area was messy and disorganized. The lobby was nice.

I requested and paid for a room with a bathtub and when we checked in we were placed in a handicap room with no tub. We went downstairs and asked to be moved and we were informed that they had no other rooms were available with a tub This hotel was not full at all. Very upset!!! Needed the tub for swollen legs from a long day of flying. I will not be staying here again!!!
