The lock system was not working. Hallway, elevator, everywhere looked not vacummed/cleaned, linens are dirty . There were only coffee/tea(not hot enough), muffin and instant oa**eal for breakfast.

I was happy about getting a kitchen but there was no kitchenware!!! The bathroom was very old. The paint was peeling. The curtain holder was broken and would not keep the curtain closed taking a shower. It took 5 minutes to get hot water. Location was great. Next to a grocery store and dollar tree for the last minute "forgets" breakfast was a muffin and coffee or tea

Full kitchen with full size fridge and working stove!!! The bathroom was very roomy. The bed was comfortable

Awful. Bed sheets looked dirty and stained. No pillow covers. The whole place is a run down dump. Staff at check in and check out were ok, but overnight staff was ignorant and unhelpful. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Your hallways was smelling of cigarettes. The smell did not go away until we checked out. We had to fumigate the room via the purchasing of air fresheners from dollar tree. Juno stay we have to keep the windows open. Definitely a bad experience of my wife

1. Receptionist upon check-in did not display the "welcome; we are glad to have you as our guest" persona.
2. The grab-and-go breakfast was abysmal. Sunday at 9 am, there wasn't anything (receptionist told me they had run out of everything, and admitted that many guests were upset); Monday at 7:30 am, there was only coffee. A family of four stared at the coffee and asked me where the breakfast was. I told them that they probably ran out again. Very sad!
3. My bathroom towel rack and toilet paper holder were both broken. The shower was excellent, but there was no free shampoo available.
*I don't plan to stay at this property during my next visit to Rochester.

The rooms were very bare..one painting on wall..one lounge chair one office chair that was not working right ..lots of homeless people staying there
