The property could use some updates like a new exterior paint job. And the rooms could use new carpeting. Also your WI-FI security is weak. But for the price it was a good value.

We were pleasantly surprised. For an older hotel, it is in great shape. Very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable about the area.

I like that it is close enough to walk to Mayo appointments, and has parking. I didn't like that there's no luggage holder and that you can hear people in the ajoining room.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is connected to the subway of Mayo Clinic making it very accessible.

There are hotels in the area for only slightly more which are 10x better This should be a relatively very inexpensive hotel but it is not

It was good enough. Competitively priced. Interior is showing it's age. Tipping point would be that it's connected to the Mayo Subway which was convenient on a 9 degree (F) day with a -11 windchill. Overall I'd give it a 3.5/5.

An older nofrills complex. Poor english speaking front desk . Best redeming factor was the breakfast offerings and its closeness to Mayo.

The hotel's facilities are pretty old. But everything is kept clean. The bathroom is too small. The mattresses are too soft.

We had a later appointment at Mayo and we were allowed
to use the building and the parking lot after we had checked out. That was a huge blessing!
