The hotel's facilities are pretty old. But everything is kept clean. The bathroom is too small. The mattresses are too soft.

We had a later appoin**ent at Mayo and we were allowed
to use the building and the parking lot after we had checked out. That was a huge blessing!

Older hotel, but well kept. Convenient for the Mayo Clinic area and conference venues in nearby hotels. Close to a variety of eating place. The Brentwood has internal access to the tunnel and skyway system through the Mayo Clinic complex, making it easy to walk several blocks without having to go outside in cold weather. Good breakfast.

Had multiple appoin**ents at Mayo Clinic. Within feet of my hotel door was an elevator to pedestrian subway which abled me to walk to all of my appoin**ents directly. Unbelievably convenient. Never had to wear jacket or even go outside.

House keeping was very tentative and room was clean. Allowed us a temporary key to get into the elevators after check out time to finish our appoin**ents at Mayo and make it easier to get back to our vehicle that was parked in Hotel parking lot

There was a great breakfast! Since I have to make several trips a year to Mayo, I liked that there was free parking.
I didn't like the bird poop all over my car when I was ready to leave the next day.

Pricing is always attractive. Unfortunately this morning at 4:50am there was no hot water in the shower. It was not even what I’d call Luke warm. They should be prepared for a lot of early showers given the proximity to Mayo Clinic.

Right next to Mayo Clinic. Great subway access to Mayo Clinic so I did not have to walk outside. Nice breakfast. Clean rooms with coffee. 24 hour coffee in the lobby. Daily newspaper. Shuttle to clinics and St. Marys

The key card locked me out of my room 5 times and 6th one finally got me in there there was so much noise with the heater in the room i had to unplug it. The shower head was spray the ceiling and over the curtain all over the place. Had to put wash cloths on top of it, si wss a terrible shower
