Worn out not good value.
Extra $10 up the road gets you a real nice place.
Lots of smoke smell dirty stairways
Dirty balconys lots of cats roaming.
Breakfast was ok.
Nice staff but the place aint great.

I didn’t like how the smell of cigarettes was in that hotel and I didn’t like how they had bugs everywhere and I didn’t like how the sink had mold in it and it was disgusting in general of the whole hotel and they gotta stay up with maintenance in the hotel

We were told there had been a large party the day before, but we arrived at 5:30 pm. The halls had many large trash bags. The bathroom faucet shot water out sideways. The room fridge made a dripping noise. At 1 am, the smoke alarm batteries in the hall and our room twerped for a while. It just felt dirty. Next time we will book an non-smoking hotel. In the morning, I was unable to use the ladies room in the lobby because one toilet was plugged and the seat was ripped off the other.

The gentleman at the desk was very accommodating. We were told they were very busy the night prior and not all the rooms had been cleaned (5pm). The first room was a connecting room with a large gap, probably due to new floors being installed, however along with the lingering smoke odor in a ‘non-smoking’ room we requested another room. The second room had not been cleaned so we were then given a third room which was adequate.
The overall cleanliness of the building, stairways, halls etc. was very unkept, garbage was left in large bags in the hallway and stairwells and the hallway carpets were in desperate need of vacuuming. Some of the rooms were missing trash cans, irons, ironing boards and hangers.
Due to a large party being held in the banquet room and quests staying over there was loud noise throughout the night.

It’s not great, but it’s not good either. They are renovating some, but it feels more like a lodging for transients. Lots of smokers. Showed up for breakfast at 8am and there was nothing left.

James the 3rd shift front desk person is hands down the best, most accomodating, above and beyond front desk person my son and I have ever encountered. He is phenomenal and absolutely deserves a raise. Honestly..the entire stay was amazing. The Quality Inn & Suites on Cherry Road in Rock Hill, SC was more than hospitable. We felt like we belonged and like we had family. The room was amazing. The water pressure was top notch and the water heated quickly and stayed hot. We never had any disturbances and we always felt safe.

We booked online. The attendant was great but we did not feel safe there. Run down cars sitting around, broken window in out room. Watched cops circle parking lot

It was a really nice place to stay and I'd like to do he was laid back and nobody bothered you nice and quiet and clean exactly what I prepare and your price is right on time yes I will stay here again

Tv didn't work, sink in bathroom sprayed water all over when you turned it on,entrance light didn't work. Also,looked like black mold on ceiling of shower.
