Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Rock Hill, SC

We stayed one night at the Country Inn and Suites. Although our room was not a suite, it met our needs for our one night. The staff were very friendly and acommodating. The soda machine was not working, but the ice was. The breakfast was good in the morning. We would stay there again.

Last minute stopover on our roadtrip and our go-to choices were all booked. Small hotel, everything we needed and most importantly was really clean. Staff was really nice and made great suggestions about where to eat.

staff took great care of us. convenient to everything we needed. older and it shows in some places, but the rooms were really clean and good value compared to so many other places in the area. when we visit winthrop we'll continue to stay here

The bed & linens were above average. The breakfast was a bit of a let-down; definitely not comparable to other Country Inn & Suites. No eggs or hot food, limited yogurt, etc selections. Cleanliness was OK, not outstanding - found some trash under bed when checking room at checkout. Location was great for easy walk to restaurants.

Welcoming staff, place was accomodating, clean, easily accesssible to I77N. I would stay here again. Would like a few more restaurants within walking distance but I know the hotel has nothing to do with this.

This hotel was loud - I could clearly her my neighbors upon arrival. The air conditioner fan in the room rattled while on - we had to turn it off to get some sleep. Also, as we were on the second floor, I could hear people walking and moving around on the third floor and the ceiling was very creaky. There was visible pet hair and dust bunnies all over the lobby stairs. My daughter's bed has a grainy feel to it between the sheets. Overall, it was a place to sleep and the beds were fine, but I wouldn't recommend it.

The staff was very nice and helpful! The only problem well used to having a hot breakfast at country Inn & suites and it wasn’t available. It was a good location. lots of restaurants and shopping close by.

Lobby was dirty. Clerk was dis interested in the check in. The rooms were outdated and dirty, the breakfast was very limited, there was no staff to replenish the food items. The hotel was in a isolated location.

We have stayed at this motel for 3 years and this is our first bad experience. We are here now and I am so irritated I am writing this review BEFORE we checkout! The receptionist was not friendly at all, in fact she was borderline RUDE! Passed a maid in the hall, spoke to her and she didn’t respond - I have never experienced such an attitude at this hotel. Plus - our room is in bad need of remodeling or repairs. The carpet is worn and frayed where it meets the floor, the door to the frig cabinet won’t stay closed and the glass on the entry doors to the motel are disgustingly filthy! It’s 3:30 pm, so they didn’t just get dirty today! I am a Radisson Member and I was not offered an upgrade as I should have been and there is no free water as stated. I don’t know if the ownership has changed or what happened, but I will NEVER stay here again!!!
