Beware the buffet is $150ec dollars per person. The rooms need upgrades. The food choices are limited. The breakfast is horrible. 😡

Great property. Lovely food & comfortable rooms & 4 small pools to choose from & also loved that you can eat in all the other hotels. Only negative is that the food service is super slow, particularly at the beach restaurant at the beach hotel, over an hour & a half wait each meal which wasn’t great with hungry young kids!

I was on vacation in St Lucia and stayed at the Bay Garden Hotel for 5 nights. Overall it was a pleasant visit. Although I didn’t ask for service, each day my room was neatly serviced. The staff at checkin and during my visit, were friendly

The customer service of the staff was quite commendable, the cleanliness of the property and convenient location was impressive. My stay was nothing short of amazing, I’d definitely recommend.

Overall the stay was adequate for the purpose of the trip which was exploring St. Lucia. More information about each resort you are given access too could have been shared as well as the dining options.

Beautiful property beautiful people..absolutely enjoyed my time at this hotel . Very clean most of the staff are friendly… few not so much . Be sure to collect your receipts when paying the hotel tax , unfortunately I didn’t receive on upon payment when I arrived and during check out they asked me to pay again which I declined because I had already paid ! Overall stay was wonderful.

This was a honeymoon couple and they were not given any complimentary services. the room had a old smell.

It was very dated and badly designed. Couldnt get a late checkout even for one hour. Had no balcomny only a window that looked into corridor so had to jeep curtains closed. Was noisy, toilet leaked, tub looked old and patched. Would never stay at this property again. Ever. Staff was very nice though, and none of this was their fault.
