Zenitude Hôtel Résidences Roissy Village

Het appartement stonk een beetje gedurende ons hele verblijf. De voordeur ging met kaart zowel te moeizaam op slot als te moeizaam open. Ook waren we eerst naar een verkeerd appartement gestuurd. WiFi werkte bijna niet en je betaald los voor parkeren van een auto. De locatie is vooral handig voor als je met het vliegtuig bent, maar is behoorlijk ver met het openbaar vervoer van alle interessante plekken. Voor kleine kinderen is het wel leuk en veilig, omdat je op de grasveldjes kunt spelen/rennen. Parijs zelf is fantastisch en de Fransen waren aardig.

Wir wurden Nett Empfangen, Leider war das Zustellbett nicht vorbereitet, es gab keine zusätzliche Decke, nur auf Anfrage wurde dann aus einem anderen Zimmer eine geholt.

They close the restaurant over the weekend and only serve cold food that is picked from the reception.The staff are not bothered when you complain about the cold fridge food.If you enjoy fresh food from the kitchen this place is not the place to visit.

The dirtiest, scariest place I have ever stayed. They took another €550 from me when I arrived. Said I would be refunded this, but haven’t as of yet. My children were frightened. It seems people may live there. We were booked to stay 5 nights, but stayed 1 and then checked out. We only stayed this 1 night as we arrived at 9pm and had nowhere else to go. The bedding was dirty. The toilet we couldn’t even sit on. It cost us another £500 to book another hotel. So an extra £1000 on top of what we had already paid to book the holiday.

it was very far and it is difficult to get back late when we have children,transport is not available, also they arent kind. the place is good.on the other hand I liked the place if I was alone or with my husband for less time.

Viewing the photographs it looks like a magnificent Hotel. But it's not, the photographs must be more than 10 years old. The furniture is completely worn out, the cleanliness is not the best. Too much noise in the lobby. Employees do not show any interest in their roles with a few exceptions.

I made the reservation months in advance through eDreams and arriving at the place to check-in they asked for another 250 euros, they said I made the purchase through the Internet and this money was a guarantee and would be returned at check-out, well, it's been almost a week and it was not refunded, there are no emails to contact, there is no local customer support, just a silence from them. If it is not returned the money will be extremely expensive for what they offer. First, it is far from Paris, second, there is nothing nearby like markets or anything like that, third, the installation of the flat is mediocre, fourth, there is no customer support and lastly besides the 250 euros they also charged an additional 30 euros that they made no point of explaining what it was. Anyway, I await the receipt of my money and if it is done I will withdraw the feedback.

My family and I stayed here for 2 days. Upon walking in, the room looked clean and had plenty of space with a bedroom, living room, and separate kitchen. The bathroom was older and due for an upgrade but workable. As we wound down for the night we noticed the sofa bed had no sheets or pillows, and we were only given 2 towels even though we booked for 4 people. When I went to call the front desk, the phone did not work. So we walked downstairs and were told we could get sheets but they had no pillows… We made do with that. When I went to wash some dishes, I was surprised as water started pouring out from behind the cabinet. When we looked, the pipe was literally cut and a bowl was placed underneath to catch water. Also, the room never cooled down as the air conditioner was not working so we slept with the windows and doors open. There was a nice breeze but people seem to gather at night and stayed up laughing loudly and singing until 3 in the morning. Needless to say, we got no sleep that night. The fire alarm was not installed and considering people cook in these rooms, this is very dangerous. This hotel has a lot of potential but needed way too much work. I do not recommend staying here. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was because it was pretty clean and was spacious.

Food is pathetic. Attitude of staff is pathetic and they don't know how to speak to guests. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Pathetic Chicken burger. The chicken patty was soaked with oily bread crumbs. I lost my appetite. Worst hotel ever. Rooms are somewhat clean. Location is good.
