Suite in Rome Veneto

The property was just ok. A place to sleep but a lot of things were broken and not working properly. It is a quiet area which is a bonus!

DO NOT STAY HERE. If I could leave this suite a negative amount of stars I would. Run by awful, terrible, selfish people who do not care about their customers well-being. We booked out this place months in advance for our trip to Italy, and when we arrived we were greeted with no one answering the door and/or the phone. We called and rang the doorbell for over an hour. Mind you, we were standing on the sidewalk with lots of luggage in a city we were completely unfamiliar with, as dark was aproaching. After about 2 hours we were forced to get another place to stay. When we finally heard from the owner hours later, they stated that we missed the "Check-in time" and we were SOL. They would not let us in, and refused to refund us our money. Awful establishment, please don't waste your time or money going to somewhere so awful. Maybe they should confirm the check-in time with guests, since it appears to be such a ridiculous window. Or, be a responsible and kind business owner, and do not let your paying guests stay out on the streets.

Bathroom wasn’t cleaned during our stay (and wasn’t even built properly), no one opened or answered the phone at first arrival and you had to interact via WhatsApp to get service. Location was ok but overall I wouldn’t recommend this place.

No había aire acondicionado ni wifi, a pesar de que se había contratado con ello, el aire se soluciono en la segunda noche después de reclamar, pero el wifi nunca, habitación oscura y con vista a un patio interior que no olía bien, espacio de habitación muy pequeño

Antes de llegar, contactamos con el propietario para ver si había posibilidad de hacer el check out más tarde y nos dijeron que no habría problema. Pues bien, desde el primer momento en que llegamos al país (momento en el que la reserva no era cancelable) nos dijeron que no era posible, cuando ya nos habían dicho que sí. No le damos importancia y aunque es molesto ya que nos sentimos engañados, decidimos aceptarlo. Total, tampoco podíamos hacer nada. Entonces llegamos a la habitación y la red wifi no la encontramos porque no tiene potencia y no llega a la habitación. Se lo decimos y nos dice que nos vayamos a la recepción a conectarnos, cuando hemos pagado una habitación con este servicio. Nos dice que arreglarían el problema a la mañana siguiente y nunca lo arreglaron. No habría problema si en el edificio hubiese cobertura pero es que no hay cobertura ni para hacer llamadas, ni para conect**** vía 4G/3G. Tampoco podemos hacer nada más que comunicarlo al propietario, al fin y al cabo, internet no es esencial (aún habiendo pagado dicho servicio). Cuando pensábamos que nada podía ir peor, la ducha comienza a atasc****. Pensábamos que debía ser un problema común y que el agua tardaría en irse por el desagüe, pero tras ducharnos el segundo día y al tirar de la cisterna del WC, vemos que el agua de este comienza a salir por el desagüe de la ducha. Entonces nos dimos cuenta de que si nos duchábamos, estaríamos con los pies bañados literalmente por el agua del WC (con restos de papel, orina…). Hemos tenido que hacer nuestras necesidades en un bar porque literalmente, no teníamos baño. Encima de todo, hemos llamado en varias ocasiones al propietario y no nos coge el teléfono. Le escribimos a través de Booking y no nos responde cuando no le interesa. Desprecio total hacia el cliente. La situación ha sido terrible. Estos incidentes, no solo nos han fastidiado por completo el viaje, sino que nos han hecho pasar la peor estancia de nuestra vida.

Nessun giudizio negativo per qualità prezzo e ubicazione.ma rimanere fuori dal portoncino perché il codice di apertura non corrisponde e il proprietario tale andreaa ha il cellulare spento?riuscito a raggiungere SOLO per WhatsApp ha continuato a non assumersi le proprie colpe di averci comunicato un codice errato.peccato!mai adagiarsi sul fatto di essere a Roma in una buona zona.😉
