Flatinrome Trastevere Deluxe Rooms - Green Patio

Stayed at this guesthouse our first two nights in Rome. It's in a wonderful location walkable to the main drag, including to Giselda, the lovely cafe where breakfast is provided as part of the room fee.(See separate review). We were on the first floor and loved having the kitchen and washer and dryer right near the room. The room had comfy beds and the best linens, and a safe for valuables. Most of all, Alessio (remote manager?) was incredibly responsive to any questions or concerns. I would definitely stay there again!

This is brilliant accommodation close to bars and restaurants in trastevere. A must stay place in this part of Rome. It was easy to find, easy to access, very comfortable with great facilities in the complex, excellent value for money just stayed there

We loved our stay in the glamour jacuzzi suite. The room was very comfortable and clean. The use of the terrace is very nice as well. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Best of all, you can’t beat the location. This guesthouse is located on a very quiet street in an awesome neighborhood, within walking distance of countless bars and restaurants. We also walked to many of the historical sites within Rome because it is pretty close to everything. If you don’t feel like walking, there is good public transit and a taxi stand nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

It was okay. The location and price worked out great for us. The room was tiny and the furnishings were outdated. Luckily we were only there to shower and sleep. The water was hot and the bed was comfy. Communication with the property management was very easy. They responded promptly to all of our questions and were very helpful.

The are was safe and close to many cafes, restaurants, and public transportation. Staff was helpful and responded quickly. Room was small but comfortable and clean. Breakfast options were great.

Pulizia: non pulito, il pavimento era sporco, la stanza era polverosa, la vasca aveva ancora peli e capelli di ospiti precedenti, piatto doccia sporco, un asciugamano era buttato sul piatto doccia, muffa nera (che è anche tossica) sugli angoli della stanza, un po' sul soffitto sulle pareti in basso, un po' ovunque insomma. All'arrivo si viene invasi dal persistente odore di muffa; il secondo giorno il gestore dell'appartamento ci ha detto che avrebbe rimosso la muffa e difatto così è stato (quasi) fatto, la muffa sul soffitto è stata rimossa ma solo "il grosso", dunque dove era più evidente a un primo sguardo; ci è stato fatto un cambio asciugamani (plauso) e rifatto il letto, se non fosse per l'impronta nera di una scarpa sotto un cuscino non presente fino al giorno prima. Per quanto riguarda la colazione è invece un punto a favore: hanno dei voucher utilizzabili in due bar con due/tre tipi di colazioni tra cui scegliere. Noi siamo andati da "Giselda" e le colazioni erano ottime. La vasca era un po' macchiata sul fondo ma questo a nostro avviso non era un problema. La stessa ha fatto un po' i capricci per partire e dunque abbiamo dovuto contattare la struttura per capire come farla andare. La tv era inutilizzabile e, solo dopo aver risintonizzato i canali ha iniziato a funzionare (in maniera comunque non godibile). L'insonorizzazione c'era ma solo una parete è insonorizzata, perciò si sente il via vai di persone sia dal corridoio che dall'esterno, anche solo il semplice vociare nell'area comune. Questo ha reso difficile riposare anche la notte. Il deposito bagali è una sorta di seminterrato/tugurio buio e polveroso, dal forte odore di muffa.

La stanza jacuzzi è un tugurio. Saranno le altre stanze ad essere belle. È un seminterrato con puzza di muffa. La jacuzzi inutilizzabile perché sporca. Molto rumorosa perché vicina al portone da cui accedono tutte le altre stanze. Nessuna presenza di personale.
