The ho(s)tel was brand-new, and very clean! The beds where a bid hard, but thats personal preference. We asked for more pillows and towels, and they happily obliged. The breakfast buffet is pretty basic, so don't expect any warm/hot food like fresh eggs or bacon - but it's all you need. The whole staff was superfriendly. The location is perfect, as it's sitting at walking distance from the most famous sights: Colloseum, Trevi, ... Apart from that - it's only a 4-min walk from the metro-station 'Republica'. There's a convenience store located right in front of the hotel, which also comes in handy for getting a few bottles of water for the road. Would recommend, and definitely stay here again!

10點退房，12點退算超時加收10歐。不提供拖鞋，沒牙刷牙膏。沒保險箱。有吹風機。入住兩晚，有莫名其妙停過兩次電，一次是剛入住沒多久，一次是半夜。我定的帶露台的房間，沒想到有兩個，一個自己的小陽台，一個大露台和隔壁共用。早餐就是普通的歐洲酒店自助。酒店環境很乾凈，從中央火車站出來要走十多分鐘到店。酒店外面有路邊小超市和小紀念品店。

I booked well in advance for a 3 days stay. A week before my arrival the canceled my booking: my creditcard was not valid. Indeed in this period I had to change my creditcard because she was hacked. The hotel did not contacted me. I called the hotel but they were not helpfull. I could not rebook. I had to find another hotel at a much higher price and with lesser choice.

Since I made the payment in advance, they never canceled my reservation. But since I was visiting another city, I couldn't make it and asked them to move my reservation one or two days later. But they wrote a complicated message only once and then I could not reach them in any way. They did not answer the phone calls and I think they confiscated around $150 of my money unfairly! I'm definitely not doing my justice. I definitely don't want them to eat the money for my reservation that I didn't use. This wasn't fair, I'm sorry they forced me to write this. Because their aim is not to help you, but to seize your money whether you go or not!

Such a nice hostel! I stayed there for one night. Very clean, good breakfast and nice accommodations!

The hotel is in an unimaginably good location. Everything is nearby. Colosseum, Trevi Fountain. Vatican city. Everything you need. The staff are amazingly friendly, smiling and extremely helpful, happy to answer any questions or solve any problems upon request. The rooms are extremely clean, the bathroom is clean and tidy. The bar is fantastic and cheap. The breakfast is plentiful, freely chosen, you eat as much as you can! I loved every moment spent there. 100% that I will come back here. I love the place! I would give 3.5 Stars. I stayed in a 6 bed female dorm room. It was fine, but the mattress wasn't all that comfortable and they didn't have a fitted sheet on it. I had to tuck the flat sheet around it myself and then it would loosen up over night. They had lockers but no locks for them, you had to bring your own. It kind of bugged me that they charged me 2 euros to store my luggage on the day I checked out until it was time for my train to the next part of my trip. I've stayed in hostels all over the world and this is the only place I've ever been charged extra for luggage storage. Now for the good stuff, it was clean and the decorations were cute. The breakfast was AMAZING, definitely worth it to book the rate that includes breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful and they had some nice places to hang out and relax. The location was excellent as well.

More like a 5* hotel than as hostel. The dorm was huge, loads of room. My dorm a wc, separate shower room and separate basin so there were never any ques to use the facilities. Excellent quality fixtures and fittings throughout and beautifully decorated. The common areas and courtyard are stunning, staff very helpful and it is super clean. Very, very highly recommended!!!

Best hostel I’ve ever stayed at! So modern and clean! My roommates were also incredible which is probably just lucky but the value for your money is amazing. I recommend this hostel to everyone who values cleanliness, kind staff at all hours of that day (even when I asked for a towel at 4:30 in the morning) and having a hostel conveniently located a maximum 15 minute walk from every major tourist attraction in Rome!
