The apartment is out of the chaos of central areas, in a quiet and residential zone, but well connected to the center (25min, Bus+metro), Eur (10min, Bus), Trastevere and Vatican City (25 minutes, bus or urban train) to Termini station (30 minutes, bus+metro) and Fiumicino airport (25 min, urban train). 110sqm, is large, bright, with a huge living room (with 1 sofa beds for 2 people) and three bedrooms of different sizes (1 double bed, three single beds and one bunk bed for Two), a kitchen fully equipped, two bathrooms and a large covered outdoor area, with barbecue and table and chairs, it can comfortably accommodate 9 people, perfect for large families and groups of friends. All the amenities: free Wifi Internet, digital Tv, heating, 2 washing machines and a dishwasher, water electricity and gas :-), easy parking and at walking distance to all the shops and pizzerias of Via del Trullo (including a lovely local market), also close to the Er Israelite Hospital (you never know...), and nearby a nice small public park. Included: clean linen, blankets, clean towels set (3 pieces per person), use of clean dishes and all kitchen tools, and a Welcome Pack offered by the house: first breakfast with coffee, milk, eggs, biscuits, marmelades and fresh fruit!
