⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding from start to finish. Hotel arranged transfers to & from hotel (at additional charge). Nothing was too much trouble. Upgraded our parents for their 50th wedding anniversary. The 2 rooms we had were showroom standards. Beautifully decorated. Stocked mini bar should you require it. Great quality pillows, towels, robes & slippers. Their website pictures doesn't do it justice, it has all been recently updated & is absolutely stunning. Great selection at breakfast buffet, scrambled eggs, pastries, fruit, cereal, bread, & tea, coffee. Safe, central location, a Short Walking distance from Spanish steps & Trevi Fountain. It is my 3rd visit to Rome & truely the nicest hotel we found. Would happily recommend to friends & family.

Nice, clean hotel in the middle of Rome. Nice, kind, helping staff. Breakfast was simple but tasty. Missing some whole grain bread. There were much sweet italian cakes. A bit difficult to understand first where it it is, it is on the second floor, normal apar**ents on the first two.

The moment we arrived, we were greeted by Andrea and Gabrielle. They were so helpful in every aspect of our stay. They gave us directions, suggestions and even helped to schedule an event. They were both so personable and engaging. Louisette, who was at the desk in the afternoon was also very warm and friendly. Be sure and take advantage of some of the wonderful tours, that the hotel offers to their guests, free of charge!, Virgilio is an art major at the University of Rome, and he has such a wealth of knowledge and information about all things related to Roman art and history.!, I also wanted to mention that this hotel serves a wonderful breakfast to start your day, and the staff in the dining room were awesome. We will hopefully return again to Rome, sometime in the future, and definitely return to Palazzo Dei Cardinal for our stay!,

Beautiful room , wonderful staff, and a fantastic breakfast. Gabriel, Andrea and Louiset (spelling.?) went above and beyond. The hotel also offers several free tours through Rome. We did Hidden secrets of Rome tour with Virgilio, and he too was fantastic , knowledgeable and fun. I would give20 stars if I could🇮🇹❤️.

Great hotel , excellent location, bad beds 🛌 but it has a great price so we don’t matter also great breakfast ! And JAZMIN at the morning breakfast service is great! We love her!!! She helped us in everything!!! We will come back thanks to her and to our gift

Very friendly and helpful staff, really comfortable bed. Very clean. Good breakfast. Excellent location. Would definitely stay there again. The colosseum is a 15 minute walk away and from there you can pretty much go anywhere. Recommended

Staff were so helpful, friendly and caring. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast had an excellent selection. Super location.- just minutes from the Spanish Steps and Spania Metro. Very central for shops and sightseeing. This is our third visit to Hotel City and would stay again. Thank you for taking such good care of us. Lynne & Gerry

Clean room, nice hotel, friendly staff. Very good location, minutes walk to Trevi and Spanish Steps, close to Metro and a bus stop. Very quiet despite being in the centre. Breakfast was lovely …………………………………………….;………………………………………………………

Excellent experience from the time of check in to check out. Welcoming reception staff Nice decor Very good breakfast Comfortable bed and pillows Clean rooms It was our wedding anniversary and our room was upgraded and decorated for the occasion plus a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine.
