This review is for the service and booking. We booked with a third party site (the only way to book this hotel as far as I can tell) that confirmed our stay by sending me several emails. The email stated that we would get a confirmation from the hotel directly, and if we didn't hear back to call or email the hotel. 48 hours later no communications from the hotel. So we called. No answer and no way to leave a message. We emailed, no response. As the days grew closer to our stay, I started to get very nervous, thank heavens I booked another hotel because on the day we arrived we finally got them on the phone. They told us "Don't come", "We didn't confirm" and hung up. If you cannot accommodate your guests, at least communicate as such. Terrible experience, very stressful.

The pictures of units is not the reality. The units are falling apart. No hot water in our suite - owner say “it might be problem of my room” and never corrected it. Completely unorganized. If you ask for sheets, blankets, be ready to receive used ones. If you ask for toilet tissue, be ready to receive half used one! Stay away from this and spend you money somewhere else

If you book at this hotel, check your email and booking app regularly, you may find yourself sleeping on the street. In two days I already know more about the booking app, email alerts than anyone else in the world, I was already trained, I have not been surprised with my defences down. Second booking cancelled in Rome in 3 days, it is more difficult to sleep in Rome than to talk to a president of the government. This time they have not used tricks like the other hotel, you know your card is rubbish and they cancel without warning. This time they have warned you, please cancel, they have excused a computer error, and then immediately offered you the most expensive room. Once again the tragicomedy is back in my life.

Matteo, el dueño, es un ESTAFADOR!! Reservé por Hoteles.com , y cuándo hicimos el check in me cobró en efectivo. Cuando regresé a mi país me vino el pago en la tarjeta de crédito. Hablé con él en varias oportunidades , me faltó el respeto y nunca me reconoció que me había cobrado DOS VECES!!! Confié en él, pero al día de hoy no tuvo intención de solucionar el problema.

C'è poco da dire. Nonostante avessimo avvisato che il treno era in ritardo, non ci hanno fatto fare il check-in e abbiamo dovuto cercare un'altra sistemazione. Alla richiesta della camera almeno per i giorni successivi prenotati sono diventati aggressivi. Presumo fossero in overbooking.

Vicino al centro, bel palazzo, ma camera un po' lasciata a sé stessa. Scorrevoli della doccia rotti, proprietario un personaggio non sempre connesso. Colazione al br sottsotante, anche no. Sicuramente non tornerei. Potenzialmente top

Art seven un posto da dimenticare. Siamo stati in questo posto per motivi di lavoro, è stato scelto per la posizione e perché su Booking sembrava bello. All’arrivo ci accoglie il proprietario il quale ci dice che doveva “comporre” le chiavi (cosa già strana), saldiamo il prezzo richiesto e ci da la camera: questa era completamente difforme rispetto alle foto del sito. Macchi di umidità sul soffitto, finestre con sbarre che non aprivano, sporcizia a livelli assurdi, applique con lampadina a penzoloni sul letto quest’ultimo con le lenzuola con macchie nere. La cosa più bella è stata quando ci siamo avveduti che fuori dalla nostra porta c’era la scritta: staff not entry mentre le altre camere avevano tutte il numero fuori dalla porta. Pertanto, ci è stata consegnata una camera che sicuramente veniva utilizzata dallo staff o come sgabuzzino è che, pur di racimolare qualche soldo, è stata spacciata come camera da hotel.Quando abbiamo fatto notare tutto ciò al proprietario, quest’ultimo è stato estremamente maleducato, per non dire altro.

Un accueil des plus sympathique en plein Rome, très agréable, on se trouve à côté de tous les lieux à visiter, pas loin du Vatican. Une chambre très agréable qui donne sur la place du tribunal. Un ascenseur typique parisien et l à Cécile très agréable

Siamo stati 5 giorni ospiti di questa struttura che si trova in posizione ottimale per visitare centro e vaticano il proprietario/gestore disponibile e gentilissimo colazione si può fare direttamente al beb o col ticket in bar là vicino comodo se si arriva con bus da Fiumicino fermata vaticano a 50 metri
