Hotel Alba Roma

The hotel service is good! And the room is very big, I have ordered a double room, and the room given is enough for 3 people! The location is a bit far away from city center, but it is close to the maestro station. The price is reasonable too!

This hotel is absolutely disgraceful. My daughter went there on a school trip for one night and the room was dirty and had a broken lock. The food was horrible, in fact nobody actually ate anything. More than one person found hair in the pasta. Absolutely to be avoided

I was a guest at the hotel for the last 3 with 120 students and I’m one of the teachers. The second morning, I discovered that my make-up had been stolen, which was very inconvenient and upsetting. I went to the front desk to report this. The lady at the front desk assumed that I was one of the students and replied in a way that seemed very indifferent and careless. She stated the students' rooms were all messy and I probably lost it in my mess. When I told her I was a teacher, she said that my roommate probably took it. This alone is a very inapropriate remark. The fact that my expensive make-up was stolen, did not seem to bother her. That was the end of that conversation, since she stopped replying to my complaint. The conversation was very difficult because her English wasn’t that good. When I addressed the problem again the next day, she told me that it couldn’t have been the cleaning lady because they didn’t clean my room. This was a weird comment because my bed was made and my colleague was at the hotel the whole day and she had seen the cleaning lady in my room. The lady at the front desk said that this wasn’t possible because they didn’t have access to my room because I had the key with me all day and there wasn’t a spare key. She was basically telling me that I was lying. I showed her my key and pointed at the shelves behind her that the spare key was there. She was perplexed. I also assume that a cleaning lady always has a master key. The lady at the front desk couldn’t find any more excuses. I ended the conversation with telling her that I would write a bad review and I would let our travel agent know that I didn’t recommend the hotel to my school. I have been treated with disrespect. You can’t tell your guest that they are liars. I had hoped this incident would be taken seriously and investigated or that I would be compensated. Which didn’t happen.

Durante una gita scolastica ho pernottato per 1 notte nella struttura che esternamente si presenta particolarmente gradevole mentre cela numerose problematiche interne abbastanza terrificanti. Nella mia stanza, una doppia sommariamente funzionale, usciva l'acqua dalla doccia fino a creare un lago artificiale oltre alla grande quantità di polvere. Inoltre in altre stanze: la presa della corrente rotta, 2 bicchieri sporchi e l'anta della doccia rotta. Durante la cena, il personale sembrava più infastidito di noi. La qualità igienica della sala è del tutto insufficiente(in allegato le foto). E' stato trovato un capello nell'"amatriciana", il pollo crudo e i bicchieri sporchi. La colazione è stata relativamente confortante fino a quando non è stata presa dell'acqua da un dispenser che aveva un sapore aberrante. Le condizioni della struttura suggeriscono un'esperienza estremamente negativa e soprattutto diffidente verso i servizi offerti. Ritengo che sia una struttura da evitare se si hanno a disposizione alternative.

Appena entrati troviamo le coperte sporche, i sanitari rotti o sporchi e il cibo é freddo, senza sale e difficile da mangiare. I camerieri non ascoltano quando interpellati o non capiscono. Sconsiglio vivamente questo albergo, esperienza dimenticabile.

Personale scortese e lavativo, pulizia inesistente, camere sporche (mai pulite in tre giorni, bagno compreso) televisore non funzionante con doccia con problemi di chiusura e acqua che fatica a scaricare . Colazione minima orrenda. DA EVITARE

Direi che pessima esperienza e ben poco. Il personale è scortese e maleducato, il cibo è pessimo, crudo e freddo. La pulizia lascia a desiderare. Le tovagliette sul tavolo non si lavano da mesi e la mattina la tavola non è nemmeno apparecchiata. Direi da evitare

Struttura pessima e sporchissima, servizi inesistenti e personale maleducato e lavativo, soprattutto le donne. Ho provato a chiamare più di una volta senza alcuna risposta. Servizi minimi e di scarsissima qualità, lenzuola sporche e piene di peli, televisore non funzionante e tecnici assenti. DA EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE.
