Relais Castrum Boccea

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε μια απομονωμένη περιοχή, πολύ γραφικό και όμορφο τοπίο. Το δωμάτιο και το μπάνιο του ξενοδοχείου ήταν ευρύχωρα και όμορφα ανακαινισμένα με μεσαιωνική πινελιά. Δεν είχαν ψυγείο, αλλά είχαν χρηματοκιβώτιο και χώρο ντουλάπας. Το Brakfast ήταν καλό και όχι γεμάτο. Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν εξαιρετική κατά τη διάρκεια του πρωινού που περιλαμβάνεται, αλλά η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν τρομερή στο ακριβό δείπνο. Είχαμε δείπνο στο εστιατόριο, η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν τρομερή. Ένας από τους φίλους μου παρήγγειλε ένα πιάτο ζυμαρικά, αλλά της ανέφερε μόνο ότι δεν είχαν αυτό το είδος ζυμαρικών μόλις το δείπνο σερβίρεται για την υπόλοιπη ομάδα μας. Στη συνέχεια παρήγγειλε ένα άλλο πιάτο και τον ρώτησε αν υπήρχε κρέας σε αυτό το ζυμαρικό, επειδή είναι χορτοφάγος. Είπε «όχι καρνέ». Όταν έβγαλε το πιάτο της, είχαν βάλει μπέικον ανακατεμένο στα νιόκι... Παρήγγειλε άλλο πιάτο, αλλά ο διακομιστής μας χρέωσε και για τα δύο πιάτα, όταν έκανε λάθος και δεν αγγίξαμε καν το πιάτο νιόκι που επιστρέψαμε . Μπορούμε να ακούσουμε τον διακομιστή να μιλάει δυνατά στον μάγειρα τι είχε συμβεί, όταν επιστρέψαμε το πιάτο. Ο μάγειρας μάλιστα βγήκε από την κουζίνα του για να δει ποιος επέστρεψε το πιάτο. Μπορείτε επίσης να δείτε την κουζίνα από την εξωτερική βεράντα, ο μάγειρας άναψε ένα τσιγάρο μέσα στην κουζίνα...

Wow... what a perfect place! Such beautiful surroundings! Room was beautiful and the bed was comfy. Staff we friendly and all very welcoming! Shuttle bus runs each day into the centre of Rome and food was amazing!! A huge thank you to Christiano.. he did not speak alot of English but was very helpful and accommodating and even took us to the airport the morning we left... so kind! We look forward to our next stay!

The property was very beautiful. It had wildlife (saw a couple foxes, frogs, lizards and cats) and many areas to explore. The staff was very helpful and made every effort to make sure we had transportation (utilized the shuttle many times) when needed. Really enjoyed the extra effort by the staff.

We had a great stay at this beautiful hotel which was a fabulous find. It is very close to Rome to explore the sights but far enough to enjoy relaxing evenings. The staff were really lovely and accommodating to our large family. Highly recommend to families

Sad. After a horrific day we so looked forward to relaxing at the hotel. Young lady on reception demanded passports no hello or welcome. :( we felt very much like we weren't wanted there. The grounds are undoubtedly beautiful. Be warned walls paper thin. (could hear next door on the toilet! Talking etc). Shuttle is not free (as we were told). £60 local tax? Would have been nice to have been informed about that and shuttle bus charges on the first day rather then an £87 charge upon checkout. Holiday was booked for my partners birthday, and honestly I wish I'd never booked it. Our transfer didn't pick her up from the airport which was horrendous (though not the fault of the hotel). We did look forward to a warm welcome and perhaps an indication to restaurant or transport links. The young lady on reception was not helpful. She spoke mainly Italian which ofcourse we expected but not a smile or welcome. We felt very much like we shouldn't be there. The gentleman on reception was kind and helpful. Restaurant was beautiful. Some staff were hospitable, but some were not. *note. Party food (looked delicious) that evening I think for a wedding. We were suprised to see the leftovers being served to us tourists at breakfast in the morning..with flues roaming all over. Another couple also noted it and said they were careful with what they were eating. Some food was covered but this food was not. Also make sure you bring correct adapters our European adapters didn't fit the sockets (we thought a fault on out part so had no charge on out phones)... however after speaking to several guests they experienced the same. I booked this hotel over one in the city as it looked beautiful and a wonderful place to rest and recuperate. (Distance is 40 minutes to Rome please note). Whilst there is no denying that the location is beautiful, the service, rooms and trea**ent (especially those not local) were below standard. A beautiful location for a wedding maybe? A relaxing holiday next time we will stay in a b&b or hotel nearer the city, it didn't feel like a relaxing, romantic getaway. I hate to leave negative reviews and infact this is my first. I'm very easily pleased but I wish I had seen the more recent reviews of this place. Perhaps in peak season there is better trea**ent for guests? I hope so? I also hope that the hotel owner respects that some of the issues exist and addresses them to further improve the future of the hotel. We won't visit this particular hotel again sadly, but we did have the fortune of making a friend in Rome who was far more helpful then every person combined that we met on our trip. Good luck

We stayed here for 3 nights and the board said it was £20 per way for the shuttle bus. Coming to a total of £40 at the end. We were charged an extra £36 for CITY TAX THAT DOESNT EXIST. We were nowhere near the city! Give me my money back. They think Brits are made of money. Disgusting. Don’t stay here, it’s not friendly and they hate the UK.
