We realy enjoyed our time in Rome and spent the nights in this cozy, little, family run guest house/apar**ent. Everything was as expected ( on a budget) and actualy a litle bit better here and there. We enjoyed the morning coffee in a small lemon tree gaden, and there was everything a tired tourist after a long day walking needs. The rooms are cleaned and taken care of when you're away. You preorder the breakfast and it is served at the time of your liking, and although portions are S to M sized, so a bulky man feels a bit hungry, but it is easily remedied by a corneto or two at the local coffee house few steps away. I would recomend Relais Villa Fiorelli as a good alternative if you're not so much into noisy touristy central Rome, and want some quiet and to see how italians actualy live. One more thing - it is very convenietn, just 7 min stroll from line C Metro, that takes you one stop to line A , wich connects to all the tourist locations. Use the metro - it is super efficient.

Its a small place but it was the perfect choice for us. The room is enough, a small bathroom, again just enough. The place is always clean, staff are friendly and helpful. We were out all day while in Rome, no time waisted, and the hotel, our room was perfect to have a rest in. There are plenty of restaurants around to eat in the evening and more affordable not being in the centre. Easy to reach the city centre by bus, the buses leave every minutes. We enjoyed our stay, Realistic Villa Fiorelli is great. Highly recommend it😊

Great value for money! Highly Recommend !
Cosy room and small bathroom with everything you need.
5 min walk to a bus stop where you can pick up the 85 bus that takes you to the Colosseum in less than 15 mins.
The girls who run this property are incredibly friendly and helpful. Had washing done through the hotel which was very convenient but quite expensive.
Walls are a bit thin- easy to be woken/kept up by other guests.
Overall a great option for young couples and travellers. You’d regret not booking here !

Non avendo prenotato su Booking ,credo che la sig.ra ci abbia riservato la stanza peggiore ,anche per via dello sconto :€ 70 anziché 90 €,dimenticando di aggiungere qualche dettaglio della stanza che ci avrebbe affidato! Pulizia zero e stanza fatiscente . Uno schifo insomma.Siamo arrivati alle 10 di sera e non avevamo altro posto dove andare ,altrimenti saremmo scappati. Ovviamente le foto delle stanze mostrate su Booking sono differenti ,vergogna!

Para nosotros fue una buena experiencia. Nos alojamos 3 noches y la habitación aunque sencilla, estaba bien. La habitación contaba con una cama un poco más pequeña que de matrimonio, una pequeña nevera, calentador de agua (con algunas infusiones a elegir), televisión, armario y caja fuerte. También tenía un pequeño baño con ducha y bidé. Cada mañana nos traían el deseyuno que habíamos pedido la noche antes por WhatsApp a la hora solicitada, ya sea en la habitación o en la terraza, que es tranquila. Por parte de las chicas que regentan la casa, ningún problema, todo muy amable y cordial. La casa está en una zona tranquila, a unos 3km del centro pero a 2 minutos andando tienes el Metro y varias paradas de autobús. En la propia zona tienes a menos de 5 minutos andando bares, restaurantes, heladerías, farmacias y supermercados, por lo que en general, experiencia económica y recomendable.

È il perfetto luogo dove goderti un riposo tranquillo a 10 minuti dal centro, magari dopo o prima di una giornata di lavoro. Puoi sentirti a casa, coccolata dalla quiete della stanza e del palazzo, o scegliere di goderti le strade di San Giovanni. Le titolari sono gentilissime e attente alla sostenibilità. Si trova in un quartiere tranquillo, vicino ad un bel parco di quartiere ben tenuto dove si può passeggiare e per i più piccoli c'è anche un bel parco giochi.Nelle vicinanze ci sono dei buon locali dove mangiare e altre attività. Si trova in una posizione strategica per spostarsi verso il centro o in periferia con i mezzi metro e treno. Si viene accolti da Francesca e Letizia le due proprietarie del B&B.Semore con il sorriso gentili cortese e disponibili a qualsiasi richiesta. Il B&B è molto accogliente già dall'ingresso,si vede la cura dei particolari Le stanze pulite e luminose,anche esse molto curate nei minimi particolari,dotate di tutti i confort, La colazione ottima e ricca viene direttamente preparata dalle proprietarie e servita in camera o all'aperto nel piccolo giardino della struttura. Che dire GRAZIE Francesca e Letizia per l'amore che mettete pet far stat bene gli ospiti Consiglio assolutamente

Siamo state accolte con molta cura e attenzione. Camera sempre pulita e in ordine. La colazione in camera con le prelibatezze fatte in casa sono una vera chicca e le ragazze sono sempre state molto disponibili a fornirci qualsiasi informazione di cui abbiamo avuto bisogno. Il relais anche se si trova in una zona non centralissima è ben collegato al centro con bus e metro ed è l'ideale per chi cerca anche un po' di tranquillità, in quanto il quartiere è veramente ottimo e ben frequentato con possibilità di lasciare l'auto gratuitamente nelle dirette vicinanze. Una garanzia se ritorneremo a Roma in futuro.
