i like stay in here...like apartment

There was a lot of noise coming from the rooms above and next to our room as well as a noise from outside near the Metro entrance. The room size was very good and the bathroom has plenty of hot water.

Warning to those reserving Unit 108. This unit is in bad shape, esp. lots of mold in the shower and below the window in the bedroom. The faucet in the kitchenette is not properly fixed to the counter. The fridge smells. No North American essential appliances like microwave oven and toaster and coffee maker. Otherwise, perfect day to day cleaning, a metro station on the doorstep (2 stations away from Termini, the main transportation hub), walking distance to Colosseum. The pictures in the advertising do not show the tags (graffiti) on the entry door to the hotel either…

Staff was very friendly at this property but the condition was not great. The place was generally clean, but pretty old and run down. We rented 3 rooms, and there were missing soap dispsensers for the shower, missing blankets for the room (where they also ran out of spare ones too), broken faucets, pretty worn sofa pullouts, just to name a few issues. I wasn't expecting much, but you're definitely getting the bare minimum. It's fine for a quick overnight stay, but I don't plan on renting this place again if I come back.

This is a no frills hotel, with a great location next to a metro stop. It is walking distance from Roma Termini, about 20 minutes with luggage. The room is made up daily with fresh towels, the shower was small, though, and hard to get a good seal on the doors - which made for a wet floor. Our room didn’t have a dresser, so for our 2-night, 3-day stay, we opened our luggage on the floor to use as a dresser. We were given daily coupons for the Snack Bar across the street, which made a lovely coffee and fresh filled croissants. We were also given an apple, which was a great snack between meals! Location was perfect, room was just for sleeping and taking a refreshing shower. The snack bar for breakfast was more than adequate for take away since our goal was to see as much of the city as possible!

Building from the outside looks quite dodgy - graffiti all over the door and not the best area 😬 room was comfy and spacious, nice beds and pillows. However things like the bathroom was pretty manky (dirty grouting etc) and sink tap was loose, plus lots of ants in the kitchen area 😬 Easy to get in and out though and not a bad location for the price but I wouldn’t wander about at night!

Firstly, Resort is a misnomer. I would call this more a hostel/hotel. Our room has a queen and sofa bed for 4. The bathroom was mouldy in the shower. The room and bathroom needed a good paint and clean. However, The location on Line A of metro is very convenientand this worked really well for us.

We rented 2 rooms for 4 nights. The hotel is located near one an exit of Manzoni Metro Station. It is walking distance to some of the tourist sites. There is a Carrefour supermarket, delicatessen and other shops nearby. I can recommend the Machete barber! The entrance door is difficult to find. It is covered in graffiti and has a panel falling off. The desk staff were abrupt, almost rude and very unhelpful. E.g. there were a number of issues with our rooms and the staff would not take action but referred us their back office. The rooms are spacious. The air conditioning coped with the hot weather. There were several maintenance items: bed lamp falling out of the fitting (safety?), tap above the “kitchen” sink was loose, a chair was broken etc. Most annoying the curtain in the bedroom had come off its railing and could not be closed, letting in light all night. This was a 3 min job with a ladder – but was not fixed during our stay. There was a smell in the room which we put down to the bidet. We ran water down this for a few minutes each day and it seemed to fix the problem. We contacted the back office, who were apologetic and said they would contact the maintenance group – but unfortunately nothing was fixed during our stay. The “kitchen” is vey basic. A single portable hotplate and a fry pan and pot. The cutlery and crockery were dirty with the remains of previous meals on them. The cleaning pad was disgustingly old and dirty.
