Todo perfecto. Habitación limpia y desayuno con fruta y bollería. Está a unos 20-30 min del coliseo andando y sino hay una parada de metro cerca.

I've been in St. Jonh Villa last weekend when in Rome to attend a theatre workshop. I just needed to rest in a nice e and silent place next to the theatre. It was perfect! The owner is a lovely gentleman, we had a nice conversation during my nice and rich breakfast. The room was clean, with a nice view on 'Rome's roofs' and 10 minutes walking from San Giovanni Laterano and the Metro. Many thanks for all your kindness!

A nice place in Rome. Everything was really close, like coluseum was 20 minutes walk. So If you are a walker, than this will fit you well. Rooms were clean and the staff was helpfull :) In april we didn't had the chance to rest in the garden.... Maybe we could, i didn't ask.

Good location, friendly host, good value for money . The villa is within walking distance from Colloseum and very close to the metro station. The breakfast is good and fresh and the rooms are clean. 😊😊

We spent a great time in Rom. The owner of the hostel is very kind. He gave us useful tips where to go. The place is calm, comfortable and clean. Bus and metro are close. The room was big and had even a small kitchen. Breakfast was OK. Only critics: I would have liked less sugar and less wrapped food for breakfast. Taken all together it was a great stay. Grazie!

The host was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was nothing to really brag about. We found out that the breakfast started at 08 am every day, which for us was too late given our plans. The bed was very hard/stiff, and was not comfortable to sleep on. My boyfriend even came home with some backpain due to the bed. I got rashes the second day in Rome, which only increased during the stay. It seemed to me that this might have been caused by bedbugs because the rashes all went away after my visit here. So I would not recommend this place even though it's cheap..

St John Villa was a lovely bed & breakfast, within a 25 minute walk of the Colosseum and less than a 10 minute walk to San Giovanni metro. Vincenzo was a great host. There was a good selection for breakfast and our room was extremely clean and inviting. Our twin room had the added bonus of a lovely terrace & kitchenette too, with a fridge. If we are lucky enough to travel to Rome again, we will definitely book in at St John Villa again.

The breakfasts were great, can't fault anything. The owner is very nice and helpful. Rooms are just big enough for 2 people, clean and tidy. There was no problem. I would certainly recommend the accommodation to other people. The location of the accommodation is also great. Close to monuments and the bus and restaurants and shops too. Enjoyed the stay.
