I usually do not leave negative comments, but at this point I have no choice. when I search for a hotel on hotel.com one of the filters was parking, because we had a rental. And if you ever been to Rome parking is difficult. When we arrive at the hotel, the guy on the front desk said they didn't have parking, and we complained, since it says parking in the hotel description, which he asked me to prove, by the way, and I showed him. He said it was wrong, and that ********** messed it up and it wasn't his problem. We ask him where we can park the car, considered he didn't offer any help and it was almost 11pm. He said to find street parking, which in that area, which is a good area to stay at, close to everything. Its impossible to find parking. Then he said there was a public parking a few blocks away, and would just say the name of the street, but we do not know the area, and I had to ask him if he can show us on a map, since streets there do not run north/south, eats/west. We ask if he knew the hours of the parking he was suggesting, and said" I don't know, I don't work there". And although we understand that, but hotels are always so helpful in giving their guest suggestions and help, but this guy was having none of it. He basically blamed us about the parking, then blame **********. And was so rude and unhelpful. When I told him I would leave a review, his attitude completely change and show us on the map where to park and said none of it was his fault.
