La Maison d'Art Spagna - Maison d'Art Collection

Maison D’Art Spagna is located right in the shopping district, close to loads of restaurants and amenities. Plenty of attractions like the colosseum, pantheon, Trevi fountain and even The Vatican are a walk away, anything longer can be accessed via the Spagna metro station which is five minutes away. Perfect location if you are planning to do lots of sight seeing. Breakfast was fine, and the rooms were clean.

Absolutely discourteous stuff. Never book on hotel website, they steel your money! Such arrogance I have not seen anywhere. Even if you announce 48 h earlier that you can not come, the take money from your card.

Whilst we enjoyed our four night stay at the hotel in central Rome, we were disappointed to be allocated a very small double room with a Juliet balcony on arrival. The lights were broken and not working and there was a worrying crackle from the fuse box within the room. Despite agreeing 20 euros for a balcony upgrade when we booked, we were charged 100 euros rather than the 20. We were moved to a more suitable room for the remaining three nights but we continue to try and gain a reasonable refund; our emails largely being ignored.

Stayed at La Maison d'Art for 4 nights during my business trip. I love staying right in the city centres since I linke enjoying the city after work. Location was really nice, you can literally walk anywhere in the city centre. For distant locations, metro is just a few minutes away. Cleanness and breakfast was good. Staff was really helpful. I would like to thank Jamila for her tips for Roma city, with her help my Roma experience was really incredible. I definitely suggest La Maison d'Art.

On the plus sides, this is well located accomodation. You can walk to most of the main attractions in the city (＜30 mins), and some, such as Piazza di Populo, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain are very close. It's near restaurants and shops. However, it is NOT a hotel as some reviews suggest. There is no reception. I had to collect keys in a hotel a few blocks away. The room had no windows, just a small opening on the roof, and so was pretty stuffy and dark. Because I wasn't going to go back a few blocks to see about a change we just accepted this. The room was clean, as were most of the public areas. The kettle in the room was broken, and I mentioned this, but it wasn't replaced. I'd go here if it was cheap, but it wasn't cheap at all.

Posizione strategica, direttamente su via del corso con alle spalle piazza di Spagna, perfetta per visitare la città. Camere comode ed essenziali. Rivedrei un po’ il check in, siamo dovuti andare in in altra struttura a ritirare le chiavi per poi raggiungere autonomamente l’hotel, un po’ confusionario. A livello strutturale non ho particolarmente apprezzato il bagno, molto piccolo, e i balconi esterni comunicanti con quelli delle altre camere. Per il resto credo sia il massimo per chi cerchi un semplice appoggio su Roma che gli dia la possibilità di visitare il centro senza troppi spostamenti.

Wir waren für fünf Tage in diesem Hotel. Das positive war die Lage. Es liegt sehr zentral und es ist alles zu Fuß zuerreichen. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Außerdem waren in unserer Dusche Haare von fremden Personen. Allgemein war unser Zimmer sauber, aber etwas kaputt an einigen Stellen. Mein Hauptkritikpunkt ist allerdings, das mein hochwertiger Gürtel aus dem Zimmer geklaut worden ist. Ich habe eine E-Mail an die Rezeption geschrieben, weil die bei unserer Abreise nicht besetzt war. Allerdings habe ich darauf keine Antwort bekommen. Der Safe war leider zu klein, um alle Sachen dort drin zu verstauen.

Ottima location ed ottima stanza, pulita e moderna, colazione varia e completa. Peccato per la mancanza di pile nel telecomando , la poca carta igienica (finita durante la notte del terzo giorno) , e prodotti per la pulizia personale veramente scarsi ( ultimo giorno ho dovuto lavarmi con lo shampoo).

È la seconda volta che ci fermiamo qui e le nostre aspettative sono state riconfermate. La posizione è strategica e facilmente raggiungibile, le camere sono arredate con gusto, pulite ed i ragazzi alla reception sono molto gentili e disponibili. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ci ritorneremo.
