Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε έναν περιφερειακό δρόμο με μια πολύ περίεργη πρόσβαση, πρέπει να κατεβείτε στο επίπεδο -2 για να πάρετε τη ρεσεψιόν που είναι κρυμμένη πίσω από έναν πάγκο οπλισμένο κατά του Covid, γεια σας πολύ ήσυχο, σχεδόν σκισμένο, με λίγα λόγια ένα κρύο καλώς ήρθες, όπως και ο χώρος. Το δωμάτιο έχει όλες τις ανέσεις της αλυσίδας NH αλλά δεν έχει γοητεία. Οι λεπτομέρειες υπογραμμίζουν ακόμη και την παραμέληση της καθαριότητας.
Το πρωινό δεν είναι απολύτως τίποτα το εξαιρετικό, πάντα στο -2 κάτω από μια γυάλινη οροφή. Αλλά ο χώρος είναι πολύ μεγάλος, τρώμε σε μια μεγάλη αίθουσα σταθμών. Ο μπουφές είναι πίσω από έναν τοίχο από πλεξιγκλάς, είναι ένας σερβιτόρος που σκάβει τα ομελέτα λουκάνικα μπέικον για εσάς. Τίποτα που να ξεχωρίζει, κάντε το μια φορά στις 3 μέρες αλλιώς είναι βαρετό.
Συμβουλή: μην πάρετε τίποτα από το ψυγείο είναι υπερτιμημένο όπως το μικρό μπουκαλάκι νερό για 3€. Και οι τουριστικοί φόροι είναι 6€ ανά άτομο την ημέρα.
Ενδιαφέρον ? Δεν απέχει πολύ από τη Villa Borghese και το Medecis. Παρά τα λεωφορεία που συνδέονται πολύ καλά με το κέντρο, μπορείτε επίσης να πάτε να κοιμηθείτε αλλού.

The service at this hotel was far above expectations. The staff especially Guest Relations, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was fantastic. Everything about our stay was superior from our upgraded suite to morning breakfast. All staff were so friendly and prepared to make our stay even better. Will for sure highly recommend this hotel to our friends and family and will stay again if our travels finds us in Rome. Thank you

Отличный отель в центре Рима. Рядом парк Вилла Боргеза, недалеко до всех достопримечательностей. Рядом станция метро и магазин продуктов (50 метров).
Хорошие матрасы и подушки. Номера с видом на парк лучшие.

Traveling from Canada. Everything with our stay was awesome!
Just a couple pointers-
1. We booked a cab to the FCO airport through the hotel and were quoted a fixed price of €60. However, after dropping us, the cab driver charged us €70.
2. The hotel should bring back the simple “old style” premium rooms. The new style rooms are just a bit too overwhelming in choice of bright pink colors and mosaics.

Great family hotel, with great staff! quite varied breakfast on a good distance from Rome main landmarks and attractions - walkable or easy taxi ride both ways.

This is a lovely, well cared for and well serviced hotel in the Borgese neighborhood. The staff made a tremendous effort to arrange early room access for my family since we had young children, and the room for four worked beautifully and included two bathrooms. The furnishings were comfortable and clean, and the staff all friendly and responsive. Breakfast was delicious as well. We will certainly book here in the future.
