Hotel Diocleziano

매우 깨끗했고 숙소가 테르미니 역과 아주 가까워서 이동에 용이했습니다. 욕실에 욕조가 있어 휴식하기에 편했으며 창문이 크게 있어서 환기가 잘 되었습니다.

We stayed for three nights and found the hotel the perfect place for tourists in the move due to its fictional advantage of being within walking distance from the termini. The staff, especially Jessica was very helpful and booked us tickets for a tour at short notice, though at an exorbitant rate charge by the tour company. It's best to purchase entry tickets for sightseeing online to avoid being ripped off by some your companies. The room and hotel services was exceptional. Highly recommended.

Great location, easy walking distance to many of the attractions in the city. The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was included in the stay, which was very good. Would come back again

It is always nice to eat at Terme di Diocleziano. Food is delicious and waiters are friendly. I was on a work trip and I decided to sit down and eat a quick meal. It was the best decision ever. Whenever you are in Rome this is restaurant is a must. It is not expensive and I felt in need to tip the service.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and took great care of us. Huge thanks to Karen and David! The room was very clean and quiet at night. They also have breakfast in the morning on the bottom floor. It made it very easy to fuel up in the morning and head out for the day.

Very clean, convenient and welcoming hotel. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Ideal location close to station. Bedroom spacious comfortable well appointed and clean. Ample and varied breakfast. We had a 2 night stay in Spring and it was a perfect base from which to explore Rome

We stayed in this Hotel on our first vacation to Italy. We were there for good 3 nights and enjoyed every bit of being in Rome. Stay at Hotel Diocleziano certainly did enhance our experience. The staff was very active and extremely responsive on emails after booking online. The hotel is very conveniently located. It is very near to the Roma Termini Station. We walked till the hotel with our suitcases with ease. The gentleman on the reception helped us very efficiently with our check-in and offered us an early check-in which we really wanted after a tiring flight journey. The reception staff gave us a big map and explained the places to go and see and which mode of transport to take. Those were some really good tips! They kept in mind the room requirements that I had shared with them and the room was perfect. The bed was perfect and very comfortable. The room has enough space for 2 adults. The hotel also graciously offered us white wine and fruits at our arrival in the room. The hotel has a gym, sauna, co-working space all on the ground floor which was convenient. The hotel was very clean overall. The breakfast on the first day was also great. They offer variety of breads and various options for juices and food. My favorites were the deserts and cakes in breakfast. The waiters at the restaurant were very polite and helped us wherever we asked them something. The breakfast on all 3 days was good. They more of less have the same options everyday but it's tasty. At the reception, Karen and her subordinate were very cheerful and checked us out conveniently and quickly.

Per my normal style We stayed at the Hotel Diocleziano for 3 nights then left for four days to Southern Italy returned and stayed another 5 days on our return to Roma. As is our usual style of review: 1. The Room – We stayed both times in Room 408. The room was away from the Elevator and very quiet. The room is spacious and the closet is large enough to pack your clothing for your stay. The bed was comfortable. It was very hot in Roma during our stay and the air conditioning work very well. The room did lack any view but why stay in your room when you can go out and see the beauty of Rome. 2. Cleanliness The room was extremely clean. The carpet looked new. The staff is very attentive to keeping the hotel spotless. The breakfast area is also clean. 3 The Bathroom – is a good size. They provided slippers. The shower is a walk in shower which is a good size. The water temperature and pressure was good. 3. The Staff - right from the moment you arrive you are treated with great care. The Staff at the front desk are so helpful and speak English perfectly. They work very hard at making your stay and visit to Roma pleasant. The deserve compliments for their kindness. 5. The Breakfast - The lady who attends to the Breakfast is so kind and accommodating. My Son is gluten intolerant and they had a good selection of food for him. The Breakfast has a great selection. Fruit, eggs and bacon, cereal, toast, cheese and cold cuts, croissants and even deserts. 6. The Location – great location. You are about 500 metres from the Train Station. There are many places to eat near by. The staff can recommend restaurants. The walk from the Train station to the hotel is fine - Roma has developed this terrible issue that people drink and cast their beer bottles on the ground. This has nothing to do with the hotel but it is making Roma a bit ugly. 6. Closing Comments – simply a great hotel, great staff and you get good value. Thank you to the Staff at the Hotel Diocleziano for making our stay in Roma pleasant and memorable.

We had a great stay. We come to Rome often and this hotel is a gem. We were greeted by Karen, and then immediately offered a Prosecco. It was like she could tell were needed it. The hotel is only a short walk from the Roma Termini train station. Karen took care of us like we were old friends, what to see in the city, where to eat, advise on what to do. Our room was very, very nice. Soft bed, pillows, and all of the nice amenities. We slept with the windows open because the weather was perfect and there was absolutely no street sounds. Which was unusual based on how busy Rome can be. We will definitely stay here on our next visit in a Month! Oh, and had the best lasagna of my life in the Trattoria Karen recommended!
