A very practical location. No frills but everything is clean and well taken care of. The staff is very helpful and flexible. The round bed was a surprise but it literally made the experience less square. Overall a good value for money. Not very easy to find for the first time, particularly if you arrive after dark. No proper breakfast included but one doesn't need to go far for it.

This was a great location and a property with great potential but it is managed poorly; beds did not have clean sheets, we did not have sufficient blankets, we were asked to whisper in the lounge / lobby in the middle of the day because of other guests who were napping, there was no coffee or snack at breakfast…

Wonderful location in Trastevere away from the hustle and bustle. Luigi and Aziyade extremely helpful even dropping me at the station when we couldn't get on to a taxi. Room was quirky but totally comfortable. Walls are thin so if you are a light sleeper you may hear your neighbours. Mine was a snorer! I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend.

Very friendly go out of the way to help you, great neighborhood fun to walk in, easy walk across the river into the main touristy area, we had a perfect stay here

Overall, we had a wonderful stay here. The room felt very clean and the staff were really friendly. The hotel is in an excellent location as there are so many great dining options within walking distance. It is also not too far from the main landmarks. The walls are a bit thin so sound can travel through but the hotel has quiet hours so it wasn’t a big issue for us.

The location of this property is excellent. All the major attractions are within a 20-30 min walk.
While the owners are very nice, we did encounter some issues.
Our hired cars both booked using the hotel came with issues. The first picked us up at the ship port 45min late. We belive he was waiting at the wrong ship. The second driver was given the wrong names by the hotel which created confusion.
The hotel itself I would describle more as a hostel. The room we had was quite small. The mattress was incredibly thin and uncomfortable. We did notice upon leaving, other rooms had much larger matresses. The safe in the room was not even bolted to anything. Not much of a safe.
Overall a nice place if youre looking to save a bit.

Excellent experience, the staff were very helpful in providing recommendations and information. Also the hotel was in a great area, walkable to all the major sites but not too busy with lots of restaurants and bars near us.
