Excellent location (this much is true and can't be denied) but highly disappointing to say the least: small room, very old mattress, no cold water (yes!!! a first time for me: couldn't take a shower without getting scalded), badly ventilated room and bathroom, a bit mouldy, disrespectful neighbours checking in and out very late/early, very mediocre breakfast - although seemingly free of charge ==＞ do everything yourself and end up in the nearby coffee shop anyway. Oh and the reception is actually 100 meters further in another street, on the second floor...

Nice spot close enough to the ancient sites, you can walk. Air conditioner didn't work, but the room was great and it has a smart tv you can login to. Breakfast/snacks all day in the common room. Rooms are nicely sound proof and you can't hear the outside.

Our experience with the hotel had ups and downs. The staff was really nice, the location of the hotel is excellent but there are some problems that could be fixed. I don't recommend the breakfast at all. It's really disappointing. The rooms are small, the bathrooms are tiny, the cleaning is ok.

Property was close to everything and they responded fairly quickly when needed. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Isadora was also very helpful and such a pleasure to deal with.

I have stayed at the property twice now and have already booked in again. I love the location away from the busy hub but in a very safe and residential area still within walking distance to so much. Also located on a bus line so easy access to everywhere. The rooms are extremely clean, the kitchen well stocked, the staff very friendly. The beds are amazingly comfortable and we slept very well.

Ritorno deludente in una struttura in cui ero stata una decina di anni fa e che mi aveva soddisfatto. Purtroppo questa volta non posso che fare una recensione negativa : camera doppia molto piccola , bagno SENZA bidet ( !!! ) con una doccia da cui esce un filo d’acqua ( per chi ha capelli lunghi è assai fastidioso) a bassissima pressione , c’è solo uno stretto ripiano dove porre le cose da bagno personali , ruggine e calcare su i sanitari… set di cortesia assente. Nella camera è presente una piccola scrivania ( graffiata e con i bordi sbeccati ) con una sedia soltanto per cui la mattina per fare colazione , visto che manca una sala adibita, se si è in 2 a uno tocca stare in piedi o fare colazione seduto sul letto con piatto e tazzina in mano…. Da un lato del letto manca un comodino , il cellulare e le cose personali appoggiate in terra non vanno bene… manca pure una presa elettrica da un lato e un abat jour. Per non parlare ovviamente delle luci comandate che non esistono. Condizionatore abbastanza rumoroso. Colazione scarsa,manca la parte salata ma cucina ben organizzata per preparare caffè latte e altre bevande calde. Note positive : la posizione, la zona ben servita e proprietario che comunque è prontamente reperibile per qualsiasi informazione. Diciamo che per il servizio offerto il prezzo è veramente troppo alto , 170 € per una notte in una camera del genere sono una esagerazione….

Posizione comoda, centrale e tranquilla a due passi da ristoranti e negozi. Camera pulita e colazione completa di tutto

La stanza è molto carina, moderna e con elementi di arredamento interessanti. Peccato aver trovato un po' di polvere (sul comodino e sotto i letti). Bagno carino ma anche in questo caso con dei difetti (lo sportello della doccia non si chiudeva). Staff carino, cortese e disponibile. Colazione assolutamente DA RIVEDERE! Pochi prodotti e confezionati, per non parlare del fatto che non c'è una sala comune dove consumarla a tavola. Credo che il potenziale ci sia ma finché non decidono di investirci di più non potrà ambire ad alti standard.

Arrivati dopo le 24.00 abbiamo avuto modo di accedere alla stanza anche fuori orario. Stanza silenziosa e bagno confortevole
