long story short they stole from me and now I can’t get a response from them. I took my £160 AirPods with me to the hotel, I did not use them the entire stay so we’re left in my baggage. i messaged the owner the day before we checked out asking if we could pay for late check out, he messaged back right away stating this was not possible, which at the time I thought fair enough. only now it makes sense why, on the day of check out we were told we could put our baggage in their “deposit” which was an unlocked room which anyone staying at the property, staff and the owner could have access too. i trusted them. our flight was at night so we didn’t collect our baggage until around 6pm. upon arrival at the airport I went to take my AirPods out of my hand luggage gym bag so I could FaceTime my mom and dad, they were gone. i did not use them the entire trip and I had seen them the day before in my hand luggage bag. i messaged the owner and had no response, and I have messaged since then and still had no response as they are not even willing to give me an apology for someone taking my items. in regard to the hotel, it is more of a b&m style which is right by the main road and you can hear every single person and car that walk past so it’s inconvenient if you’re trying to sleep as it is a very busy city even later on at night. they also do not change your towels and their is no mirror in the room only the bathroom so if you’re a girl and need to get ready using makeup bring your own mirror with you if you’re using the dressing table. So what I’m trying to get at here is if you are trying to have a decent nights sleep and have any items of value that you’re travelling with don’t stay here because they will steal from you and I haven’t even unpacked yet to see what else they have taken. The hotel was a decent location, I have to give them that as it is a 2 minute walk from the colosseum.

These guys stole 260 euros off us when they claimed an EFTPOS payment never went through then demanded via an unhinged rant that we pay cash which we did. One month later the credit card bill comes through and low and behold was charged so we payed twice. Great. Owners are completely unresponsive via email and phone. Check in was abysmal owners are not actually at the property. Room itself is dirty, moldy with broken attachments. Noisy from other rooms and the street. Avoid!

Abbiamo dormito in questa struttura durante la nostra vacanza a Roma.. accoglienza ottima stanza pulita e comoda .. a soli 2 min dal Colosseo ! Comodità e confort sono gli aggettivi che merita Consigliata ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ se dovete visitare Roma vi consiglio di dormire qui

Camera ampia e pulita anche se di non recente ristrutturazione. Purtroppo essendo queta camera con finestra lato strada molto rumorosa, con rumori di traffico durante la notte forse anche per la presenza del cantiere metro C. Posizione strategica a pochissima distanza dal Colosseo.

L’affittacamere è ubicata in Via Ostilia, nel quartiere Celio, a circa 250 metri dal Colosseo. E’ nella posizione ideale, perché, non solo è vicino ai Fori Imperiali, ma è anche in una zona tranquilla, lontano dalla inevitabile confusione creata dal traffico urbano e dai locali turistici. Non si può considerare un B&B, perché non è prevista la colazione (ci sono, tuttavia, diversi bar nelle vicinanze). Non c’è la reception, ma il gentile gestore si fa trovare sul posto all’orario concordato. C’è all’ingresso una hall che funge da ufficio e da collegamento delle tre (?) stanze poste a pianterreno. Vi si accede tramite card sia per aprire il portone del palazzo che la porta della camera. Il locale è confortevole, pulito (le pulizie vengono effettuate giornalmente e gli asciugamani vengono sostituiti se posti a terra), è dotato di wifi, di televisione (non si vedono i canali RAI), di frigo (con due bottigliette d’acqua non rinnovabili), di un bollitore da tè (senza bustine) e di un asciugacapelli. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo si può considerare sostanzialmente buono. La valutazione non può essere eccellente, perché la struttura è carente in qualche dettaglio, anche se di poco conto.
